Claims (1)
電空隙を形成し、該放電空隙内に供給した酸素を
含有する原料ガスから電極間での放電作用を利用
してオゾン化ガスを生成する平板型オゾナイザに
おいて、上記放電空隙内に電極と誘電体とに挟ま
れ且つ原料ガス入口からオゾン化ガス出口に至る
原料ガスの直進的な流動を妨げる邪魔板を設置し
、この邪魔板に沿つて原料ガスの屈曲流路を形成
したことを特徴とする平板型オゾナイザ。 A dielectric is placed between opposing flat electrodes to form a discharge gap, and ozonized gas is generated from the oxygen-containing raw material gas supplied into the discharge gap by utilizing the discharge action between the electrodes.
