[Detailed description of the invention] (Industrial application field) This invention is a joint material used to prevent cracks in concrete floors, etc. The upper part of the main body of the plate joint material is made of synthetic resin foam. The present invention relates to a support member for a so-called expansion joint material, which is covered with a cap, and is placed on a base surface using a support member and mortar, and concrete is poured.

(Prior art) As a supporting member for fixing the expansion joint material to the base, for example, a composite material using a metal plate as a part as shown in Utility Model Publication No. 53-39045 and Utility Model Publication No. 53-51611 is used. Those made of resin or pressed metal plates are used.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The above-mentioned conventional support members tend to be too expensive to manufacture to be used as a joint material that must be provided at a low price.

In addition, when using expansion joint material, it is desirable to narrow the spacing between supporting members in order to prevent lateral displacement or bending due to impact during concrete pouring. This results in an increase in the number of support members required for the joint material, and the cost per meter of joint material becomes extremely high.

Figure 1 shows an example of this invention.
The support member for the expansion joint material of this invention is composed of a first stage member 10 and a second stage member 20. The first stage member 10 is provided with an engaging part 11 that is coupled to the lower end of the cap 40 and an engaging part 12 that engages with the next stage member 20. The first stage member 10 is formed into a long piece by an extrusion molding method using a synthetic resin material, and is used by cutting it into an appropriate width.

The next stage member 20 is the engaging portion 12 of the first stage member 10.
It has an engaging part 21 that is coupled to the engaging part 21 and an engaging part 22 that is coupled to the engaging part 21 of the other next-stage member 20, and is formed as a long object like the first-stage member 10. .

The engaging portion 11 of the first stage member 10 is connected to the cap 40.
It is used when fixing the support member to the lower end of the cap, and is preferably formed in a shape corresponding to the lower end of the cap 40, but it can easily fall off like the engaging part 21 of the next stage member 20. If the shape does not correspond to the shape of the lower end of the cap 40, the shape may not correspond to the shape of the lower end of the cap 40. With this configuration, the first stage member 1
0 and the next stage member 20 can be exactly the same.

Although not shown, if the shape of the engaging portion 11 of the first stage member 10 and the shape of the engaging portion 21 of the next stage member 20 are configured to be the same, the shape of the lower end of the cap 40 will also correspond to this. It is also preferable to configure it into a shape.

Although not shown, it is also desirable to form the inner surfaces of the engaging portions 11 and 21 and the outer surfaces of the engaging portions 12 and 22 into, for example, chevron-shaped irregularities or other rough shapes.

(Function of the invention) Since the support member for the expansion joint material of this invention is constructed as described above, it is formed as a long piece and cut into an appropriate width, and the first stage member 10 is assembled as shown in the figure. is attached to the lower end of the cap 40, and further the next stage member 20 is connected, and by appropriately bending the joint, the height can be freely adjusted to correspond to the height of the joint material. In addition, since the periphery of the bent support member is fixed with mortar or the like, it will not succumb to the pressure during concrete pouring.

C The width of the supporting member can be freely cut, so
By making it longer, it is possible to securely fix the joint material body on the base surface compared to conventional support members, so it is possible to prevent sideways displacement of the joint material and curvature of the cap 11 during concrete pouring. .
