本考案は、シヨルダーバツクやカバン、或いは
カメラ、ラジオ等の機器等を吊り下げるベルト脱

の吊金具では開位置にして手を放すと、その開状
態が保持されるために、閉止するときは人為的に
閉止方向へ回動操作しなければならず、これを忘
れると開のままとなり、脱落等の危険性がある。
又閉止状態のときでもねじれ等何等かの原因で開
方向に無理な力が加わると、勝手に開となり、こ
の場合も脱落の危険性がある。さらに90度の位置
を越えて回動するようなことがあると裏返えしに
なり脱着吊金具としての機能を果さなくなる。又
鈎孔23は閉止の場合でも孔自体が全面開通して
いるために例えば15度程度回動して少しでも開く
と脱落のおそれがあるのみならず孔が大きいとガ

を角軸部を支点に回転させた際に90度の手前の半
開位置で前後両側から同時に当接してそれ以上の
回動を阻止する2つのストツパを設けてなるもの
