It is desirable that the battery be of an energy-saving type and be stable against electrical noise emitted by automobiles and the like. In this invention, the initial operation of the installation is simple, and the receiving section is operated only when an external reference signal is input, thereby saving energy and achieving the purpose of improving noise resistance characteristics. a receiving section that amplifies the reference signal received from the antenna; a light emission control section that controls the blinking of the light emitter based on the reference signal; A self-luminous traffic marking device comprising an operation control section that operates a reception section and stops operation of the reception section and outputs an abnormal signal if the reference signal is not received at all within a time limit. provide.

Fig. 1 shows a block diagram of the electrical part of a self-luminous traffic marking device according to an embodiment of the present invention. 3 is a light emitting unit; 4 is a light emission control unit that controls the light emission blinking cycle of the light emitter of the light emitting unit 3 and corrects the reference time of the light emission timing in accordance with a time signal such as a radio broadcast; 5 is a reception unit 2; This is an operation control unit that operates the receiving unit 2 only when a reference signal such as a radio broadcast time signal is input, and is composed of a CPU and a timer. Next, the operation shown in FIG. 1 will be described. The light emission control section 4 outputs pulsed power having a period of about 1 second, for example, and this is input to the light emission section to cause the light emitting body to blink. When the CPU 6 detects from the information from the timer 7 that several seconds less than one hour have passed since the previous time signal, the CPU sends a signal to the electric circuit of the receiver 2 to start operation. Then, the receiver 2 is activated, and when a time signal is input, the receiver 2 receives it, amplifies it, and sends it to the CPU.
6, the CPU resets the timer 7 and starts a new timer, and also sends a signal to the light emission control section 4, resets the pulse output generated by the light emission control section 4, and starts a new timer. A pulse output is sent to the light emitting unit 3 to make the light emitter blink. At the same time, the operation of the receiving section is stopped. Since each self-luminous traffic marking device connected to a road or a waterway operates in this manner, they flash and emit light in synchronization.

"Timer start" 101 is activated. Next, the power to the receiver is turned on in "Start receiving operation" 102, and operation continues for a little over an hour, and during that time, when a time signal signal of the broadcast radio wave is input, "Is the time signal input?" 103
When it is determined that a time signal has been input in "Timer Reset Restart" 104, the timer is reset and a new timer is started, and the power to the receiver is turned off and the operation is started in "Receive Operation Stop" 105. to stop. After that, the timer operates and checks 106 to see if 59 minutes and 55 seconds have passed, and at that time, the power to the receiver is turned on again and the reception operation resumes.
107, and waits for input of a time signal at 108, "Time signal input?" When the time signal is input, the process returns to "timer reset restart" 104, and the operations 104 to 108 are repeated every hour thereafter while the time signal is input. On the other hand, if the time signal input does not come for 10 seconds with "Has 10 seconds passed" 109, "Reception operation will stop" 110, and when that time has elapsed with "Has 59 minutes and 55 seconds passed" 111, "Receive operation will resume".
112, and when the input is confirmed in ``Time signal input?'' 113, the process returns to ``Timer reset restart'' 104.
If there is no input at 113, return to 109, repeat this operation up to 6 times, and still no input. "Stop" 121, and outputs an abnormal signal "NG output" 122.If "N" in "Time signal input" 103, "Has one hour passed?"
After 1 hour on 115, ``reception operation stops'' 116, and if night broadcasting is canceled, ``5 hours have passed?''
After stopping reception for 5 hours at 117, ``resume reception operation'' 118, then ``Is time signal input?'' 119, if there is reception, return to 104; if no reception, perform operations 120 to 122,
Outputs an abnormal signal.
