路、前記安定化電源及び前記電源回路の出力に接
続された負荷とを有する充電回路において、前記
バツクアツプ回路の前記充電用負荷の抵抗値を前
記安定化電源からの充電時には小さく、電源回路
からの充電時には大きくしたことを特徴とする充
