(Prior art) Information obtained by the radar antenna is transmitted to the CRT mounted on the indicator body 1 as shown in Fig. 3.
It has been visualized and observed by. In order to perform this observation accurately, it is necessary to use a hood 3 to shield the observation surface 2 from external light and indoor light. If the hood 3 widely covers the observation surface 2, the light-shielding performance will be improved, but on the other hand, the observer will have to take a posture to look into it. For this reason, a variable hood is required that can lower the light-shielding wall at all times to make observation easier, and that can block light as needed. In order to meet this requirement, there are conventional devices as shown in FIGS. 4a, b, and c. FIG. 4a shows a structure in which light shielding is adjusted by moving a light shielding piece 5 parallel to a light shielding wall 4, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-122570. Next, FIG. 4b shows a structure in which light shielding is adjusted by a bellows-shaped hood 6 that expands and contracts around a support shaft attached to a light shielding wall 4, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 59-122571. Further, FIG. 4c shows a structure in which a plurality of light-shielding pieces 7 cut out from spherical bodies having slightly different diameters are rotatably held by a support shaft attached to the light-shielding wall 4.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, the structure shown in FIG. There was a drawback that if the piece 5 was made larger, the size when stored would also become larger. Next, in the structure shown in FIG. 4B, the shape of the bellows-shaped canopy 6 when stored is unsightly in terms of design, and since the canopy 6 is made of cloth-like material, there are problems with durability. Furthermore, in the structure shown in FIG. 4c, in order to eliminate gaps between the light shielding pieces 7 caused by providing a plurality of light shielding pieces 7, the light shielding pieces 7 are cut out from a spherical body as described above, and these light shielding pieces are 7 had to be supported with an axis passing through the center of the spherical body without any gaps, which caused problems in manufacturing.

Therefore, the purpose of this invention is to provide a hood that eliminates the above-mentioned problems, has excellent light-shielding properties, and is easy to manufacture.

(Means for solving the problem) In order to achieve the above purpose, this invention is basically an inverted U
A plurality of letter-shaped light-shielding pieces are stacked and held rotatably on a light-shielding wall, and an elastic piece is attached to the inside of the light-shielding pieces to prevent gaps between the light-shielding pieces.

(Function) In this way, the light-shielding pieces can be easily manufactured from flat plates, and the gaps between the light-shielding pieces are also filled with elastic pieces, so that no light will enter through the gaps.

(Example) Figure 1 shows an example of the light-shielding hood of the present invention.
A is a front view, and b is a longitudinal side view thereof. In the figure, reference numeral 4 denotes a cylindrical or conical light-shielding wall attached to surround the outer periphery of the image plane on the panel. 8 1 , 8 2
is a plurality of large and small light-shielding pieces made by bending a flat plate into a roughly inverted U shape, and inside the light-shielding pieces there is an elastic piece 9 to prevent gaps, such as thick felt or sponge that slides easily with the light-shielding pieces 8 1 and 8 2 . will be affixed. These light-shielding pieces 8 1 and 8 2 are stacked and are rotatably attached at both ends to a support shaft 10 provided on the light-shielding wall 4 serving as a base.

When the light-shielding pieces 8 1 and 8 2 are attached to the light-shielding wall 4 in an overlapping manner, when viewed from the front, it looks like an inverted U.
Since it is shaped like a letter and is not curved in the drawing direction, if the elastic piece 9 is not provided, the gaps between the light shielding piece 8 1 and the light shielding wall 4 and the light shielding pieces 8 1 and 8 2 will change slightly when the light shielding wall 4 is pulled out. Even when it is fully pulled out, gaps remain in some places. However, by using the elastic piece 9 that can follow the changing gap, light from the gap can be eliminated as shown in FIG. 2. Also, light shielding piece 8
1 and 8 2 can be stopped at any position by the elasticity of the elastic piece 9, so the light shielding range can also be adjusted.

(Effects of the invention) As explained in detail above, according to the invention, the light-shielding pieces can be easily manufactured by simply bending a flat plate into a U-shape, and in addition, since there are elastic pieces between the light-shielding pieces, there is no gap. It is easy to observe because no light occurs and therefore no light enters. In addition, the light shielding piece is preferably a thin sheet metal or an elastic resin plate to reduce weight.
Conventional products are thinner and lighter, which weakens their strength and makes them unstable even when attached to the light-shielding wall that serves as the base. However, in this invention, the light-shielding piece is in contact with the light-shielding wall via an elastic piece, so when assembled, the light-shielding piece is stable, and as a result, the light shielding piece can be made lighter and thinner. Furthermore, the light shielding piece can be stopped at any position by the elastic piece.
This has the effect of making it possible to adjust the light shielding range.
