Conventional technology Traditionally, people who used camera tripods when taking pictures were heavy and bulky and inconvenient to carry, so people who had a deep hobby in this field used tripods to attach expensive cameras to sturdy tripods. do,
I was absolutely still, thinking about the composition, and taking pictures. The legs of the tripod were divided into several stages, which were used to expand and contract. Also, recently, in order to reduce weight, tripods have been made using more and more light metals, and although they have become a little lighter, they are bulky and cannot be carried around for long periods of time. The present invention has solved these inconveniences. The purpose of the present invention is to improve the ease of use of modern cameras, which are extremely simple and lightweight. This has made it easier for women and the elderly to operate the camera, and there are now many opportunities to easily take pictures with family and friends. In addition, many cameras are now available on the market that allow you to operate the self-timer with a remote control. However, conventional tripods for attaching cameras and using them for remote control have complicated mechanisms, as the legs can be extended and retracted in multiple stages, as mentioned above. As a result, it was bulky and heavy, making it extremely inconvenient to carry around.
It was very cumbersome, so I rarely carried it around. Also, the important person is not in the photos taken of each other, and the family member who took the photo is missing from the photos taken by family members on the go, and there is something unsatisfactory in the photos that remain. There were many cases where I felt that way. Also, since I didn't have a tripod, I had to rely on people passing by to help me accomplish my purpose. but,
In such cases, the background may not be what you expected, and the person who requested the photo may not be in the appropriate position.
There were many things that I felt regretful about afterwards. In order to solve this problem, the present invention provides a camera stand for photographing a camera that can be easily carried around like a Western umbrella and can also be used as a walking stick when the legs are stowed. 24. Constitution of the Invention The present invention has an attachment part on the grip part of the cane to which a camera or a pan head that can be operated freely in any direction can be attached, and the rod-shaped part has three integral legs, and the stone end thereof It has one stone protrusion in the part. E. Example A first example of the implementation of the present invention will be explained with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figure 11, the camera stand of the present invention has a grip part A
It consists of a rod-shaped part B and a stone protrusion C. As shown in FIG. 2, a male screw nut (1) is screwed into the grip part A. The male screw nut (1) is the third
As shown in the figure, it consists of a screw (19), a flange (20) that is turned when removing the male threaded nut (1), and a screw (21) that is screwed into the female threaded part (2) at the top of the grip part A. ing. Below the lower part E of the gripping part (A), the part closer to the gripping part (A) of the present invention is called the upper part, and the part closer to the stone protrusion (C) is called the lower part, and there is a mandrel (3) which is made hollow for weight reduction. ) are firmly connected. A tightening nut (4) having a cross section as shown in FIG. 4 is slidably fitted into the mandrel (3). This tightening nut (4) has a knurling process (not shown) on the outer periphery to prevent it from slipping when turning by hand.
The inner upper part has a concave part (8) that is slightly longer than the part (e) where the tapered part (6) of the tip that touches the ground when photographing the lower part of III (5) is pulled out from the stone tip (7).
). And there is a concave taper (9) in the center of the inside.
There is. There is also a female screw (10) at the bottom inside. or,
The mounting bracket (11) for attaching the three legs (5) with the cross section shown in Figure 5 is partially inserted into the tightening nut (4) as shown in Figure 2, and the mandrel is attached to the lower part of the tightening nut (4). (3) is slidably fitted. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 5, there are three claw-shaped convex tapers (12) vertically divided into three equal parts by cutting out the inner side at the upper part of the mounting bracket (11). And, it is inserted in contact with the concave taper (9) of the tightening metal nut (4). There is a male thread (13) in the center, which is twisted with the female thread (lO) of the tightening nut (4). Therefore, when the tightening nut (6) is tightened, the vertically divided convex taper (12) is tightened by the concave taper (9) and pressed inward, and is crimped to the mandrel (3) and fixed. be converted into The lower part of the mounting bracket (II) has a cross section as shown in FIG. There are three tube grooves (14) divided into three equal parts. The three legs (5) are the legs (5) in Figure 7 with the screw (I5).
Insert the mandrel (3) into the hole (I6) in the upper part (18) of the
It is installed slightly tighter so that it can swing freely toward the outside. The central part of the leg (5) is rib-shaped as shown in the sectional view of FIG. 8, and the three legs are converged to surround the mandrel (3). The lower part of the leg (5) is inserted and stored in a leg storage part (shape) provided inside a stone protrusion (7) fixed to the lowest part (b) of the mandrel (3) so as to be bundled. The outside of the stone head (7) is covered with rubber (17) for convenience when used as a walking stick when stored. When using the camera stand of the present invention constructed as described above, first place the camera (K) vertically on the male screw (19) of the male screw nut (1) as shown by the imaginary line in Figure 1. , screw it into the camera's mounting shaft screw. Next, tighten the tightening nut (4)
Slightly loosen the convex taper (
12) to allow the mounting bracket (11) to slide onto the mandrel (5). Since the tightening nut (4) and the mounting bracket (11) are connected with the male thread (13) and the female thread (lO),
Move this to the upper part a little more than the point (e) where the tip of the foot (7) is pulled out, spread the legs (5) as shown in Figure 9, and tighten the tightening nut (4) that was connected. Mounting bracket (11
) to the bottom, and then lower the mandrel (5
), then tighten it with a tightening nut (4) to fix the shaft (3), and then install it, and then use it for camera photography. Also, when using the camera horizontally, insert the male screw nut (1) into the female screw (2) at the top as shown in Figure 9.
21) is screwed in and used as described above. Next, the second embodiment will be explained. As shown in FIG. 10, it consists of a gripping part A', a rod-shaped part B', and a stone protrusion C'. Then, as in the previous example, there is a male screw nut (
22) is attached, and there is a ridge screw (23) at the top. As shown in FIG. 11, a fixture (24) for the leg (29) is fixed to the rod-shaped portion B' at the bottom of the gripping portion. The fixture (24) consists of a threaded part (25), a mounting part (26) for the leg (29), and a stabilizing rod (27). Then, the fastener (28) having a cross section as shown in Fig. 12 is attached to the threaded part (
25) and bottomed out. Also, legs (29)
The leg (29) is attached to the attachment section (26) of the second embodiment in the same way as in the first example, using the fitting section (30) at the top of the leg in FIG. The legs (29) have three cutout parts (31) on the inner side of the upper part surrounding the circular stabilizing rod (27). Then, insert the remaining part (37) of the upper part of the leg (29) between the recess (36) at the bottom of the fastener (28) and the stabilizing rod (27) as shown in Figure 10. It is tightened. Therefore, the legs (29) are bundled and stored along the stabilizing rod (27). Legs in storage (2)
9) is fastened to three screws (32) formed at the bottom thereof with a female screw (33) of a stone head (34). There are three furnaces, and just like the previous example, the stone head (34) is covered with rubber on the outside. When using the camera stand of the present invention as described above, first,
Remove the stone protrusion C' from the lower screw of the leg (29), and
Loosen the fastener (28) and twist up as shown by the imaginary line in Figure 0, and open the legs (29) as shown in Figure 14. Then, attach a pan head to the female screw (23) at the top of the grip part as shown in the imaginary line, and attach a camera [not shown] on it in the usual way to use it as a camera stand. It is. 6. Effects of the Invention Since the present invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to sufficiently achieve the above-mentioned objects without having to carry it around at all as in the past. What's more, it can be used as an accessory for older people on full-moon trips, for younger people as an accessory, and is useful for mountain climbing and picnics. In addition, if you make the camera stand of the present invention colorful, like a cover used when folding a Western umbrella, to cover the legs when stored, or make the grip part colorful, it will be easier to carry. I feel joy and don't feel any trouble.
