(Prior Art) Conventionally, as one of this type of container, a tab for opening the lid is provided at the lower edge of the peripheral wall that hangs down from the entire periphery of the panel section and is connected to one side edge of the tab. An easy-open container is known in which a peripheral wall of a container lid, which has score lines along the entire circumference of the peripheral wall, is fitted onto the opening of a container body made of a thin metal plate material and adhered to the container (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 60-193837).

(Problem to be solved by the invention) With such a structure in which the lid is opened using the score line, after the lid is opened, all of the peripheral wall and panel portions of the container lid that were glued to the container body will be removed. removed. At this time, if the container body is about 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm thick like a normal metal can body, when the outside of the opening of the opened container body is grasped, the container body bends and deforms and is gripped. There are inconveniences that make it unfit to do so. Furthermore, since the edge of the opening of the container body is exposed when the lid is opened, injuries may occur if the lips or fingers touch the edge of the opening. As a result, when adopting this structure for beverage containers etc.
It is not preferable to use the opening of the opened container body as a drinking spout.

Furthermore, when the peripheral wall of the container lid is fitted over the opening of the container body and the lid is closed, the opening will be exposed inside the container, so that the edges may be exposed to the contents filled in the container while the container is being stored. There is a problem in that constant contact causes the contents to corrode the metal material of the container body, and the metal material dissolves into the contents, causing the contents to change in quality.

Then, as shown in the second diagram, a reduced diameter part 15 is formed around the entire circumference by providing a stepped part 14 at the opening 11 of the container body 10 and having an opening diameter R2 smaller than the can body diameter R1 . It was established by The opening 11 of the container body 10 is made of a heat-adhesive resin such as polyolefin, polyamide, polyester, etc., and a cross section is formed by covering the edge 11a of the opening 11 from the inner surface of the opening 11 and folding it back to the outer surface. An annular reinforcing member 16 that extends around the entire circumference of the opening 11 having the shape is fitted and adhered, and the inner surface 18 of the peripheral wall 5 of the container lid 1 having the above structure is attached to the reinforcing member on the outer surface 17 side of the opening 11 of the container body 10. 16, and is applied to the inner surface of the container lid 1 from the inner surface of the peripheral wall portion 5 corresponding to the position where the score line 8 is provided to the lower edge, and the reinforcement. The member 16 was adhesively fixed to form an adhesive portion 19 between the peripheral wall portion 5 of the container lid 1 and the opening portion 11 of the container body 10.

As mentioned above, in the container of the present invention, the score line 8 as the lid opening means 7 is placed on the peripheral wall 5 at the upper edge 19a of the adhesive part 19 between the peripheral wall 5 of the container lid 1 and the opening 11 of the container body 10. Only the thermoplastic resin coating 3 was removed. Therefore, by pulling the tab 6 upward (in the direction of the arrow shown in the first figure), the metal foil 2 is broken along the score line 8, and the peripheral wall portion extending from the score line 8 continuous to the tab 6 to the lower edge is broken. 5 is the container body 10
The peripheral wall portion 5 that extends from above the score line 8 to the entire periphery of the panel portion 4 is connected to the container body 1.

By opening the lid, the panel portion 4 and the peripheral wall portion 5 are completely removed from the container body 10, and the opening 11 of the container body 10 is fully opened. This fully opened opening 11 is reinforced by a reduced diameter portion 15 having a stepped portion 14 formed around its entire circumference, so that it will not deform when the opening 11 of the container body 10 is gripped. In addition, since the reinforcing member 16 is fitted to the reduced diameter portion 15, the pressure resistance reinforced by the reduced diameter portion 15 including the stepped portion 14 is further increased by the reinforcing member 16 over the entire circumference. I can do it. Therefore, even if the container body 10 is made of a metal thin plate material that is easily bent or deformed, when the outside of the opening 11 is gripped, even if the gripping force is strong, the container body 10
The grip can be held reliably and stably without bending or deforming.

It was confirmed that there is a clear difference in pressure resistance between the example and the pressure value (920 g under the same conditions). In other words, the pressure resistance can be increased by providing a reduced diameter part with a stepped part in the opening, but it is also possible to increase the pressure resistance by fitting a reinforcing member to the reduced diameter part, even if the gripping force is increased. I can endure it.

FIG. 5 shows yet another embodiment of the present invention. In the illustrated case, the container body 1
0 and the outer surface 17 of the opening 11 and the peripheral wall 5 of the container lid 1
The end edge 11 of the opening 11 is made of a thermoadhesive resin material interposed between the inner surface 18 of the opening 11 and the inner surface 18 of the opening 11.
In the recess 21 provided on the outer surface 20 of the annular reinforcing member 16 covering the entire circumference of the opening 11 having a cross-sectional shape that is folded back to the outer surface side, a lid-opening member having approximately the same cross-sectional shape as the recess 21 is provided. A strip 22 is housed to serve as a lid opening means connected to a tab 6 provided on the container lid 1. With such a configuration, the outer surface of the opening strip 22 does not appear on the outer surface of the container lid 1, resulting in a harmonious appearance. Further, since it is not necessary to provide a score line for opening the lid as in the conventional case on the metal foil 2 of the container lid 1, the thickness of the metal foil 2 can be reduced and the weight of the container lid 1 can be reduced.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, a reduced diameter part having a stepped part with a diameter smaller than the diameter of the can body is provided at the opening of the container body, and the reduced diameter part has a cross-sectional shape folded from the inner surface to the outer surface. A ring-shaped reinforcing member was fitted, and the peripheral wall of the container lid and the opening of the container body were bonded together via the reinforcing member. Therefore, even after the container lid is opened and completely removed from the container body, the reduced diameter portion with a stepped portion is formed at the opening of the container body over the entire circumference.
Even if the container body is made of a thin metal plate material that is easily bent and deformed, the opening of the container body can be gripped reliably and stably, and since the reinforcing member is fitted to the reduced diameter portion, The pressure resistance strength, which has been improved by providing the diameter portion, can be further increased. In addition, the edge of the opening of the container body is covered and protected all around with a reinforcing member, so when the opening is used as a drinking spout, injury to the lips etc. from the edge can be prevented, and the container can be preserved. Since the edge of the opening can be prevented from being corroded by the contents filled inside the container, and is kept clean by being covered by the container lid, the opening can be used as the drinking spout of the beverage container. This has the effect of providing an easy-to-open container suitable for use.
