[Detailed description of the invention] <Industrial application field> The present invention is a container mainly used for packaging raw meat, fresh fish, and other perishable foods, and is designed to prevent moisture adhering to packaged fresh foods and the same food products. The present invention relates to a container for fresh food, which has a liquid-absorbing mat laid and housed at the bottom of the container to absorb the liquid seeping from the container.

<Prior art> Conventionally, in this type of container for fresh food, the container and the mat for absorbing liquid were formed separately, and when packaging fresh food, the food packer himself or In many cases, a person is present next to the packager and places a suction mat in the container, and some containers have been proposed with mats pre-attached, but these are flat bottom plates lacking reinforcing ribs. These structures were either completely welded directly to the sole, or sandwiched between the sole plate and the insole.

<Problems to be solved by the invention> Therefore, conventional containers for fresh food of this type have been unexpectedly time-consuming, cumbersome, and inefficient to use. Particularly in places with good ventilation, the problem often arises that the mats are blown away by the wind or the storage position is changed, which greatly impairs packaging efficiency.

Therefore, in order to solve these conventional problems, the present invention has been developed in which a liquid-absorbing mat is placed and housed in the packaging container body itself in advance, and the liquid-absorbing mat is placed in a position that is not relative to the container body. By avoiding the plurality of reinforcing ribs protruding inward from the bottom wall when separating and bonding them together, the liquid absorbent mat can be simply and reliably joined directly to the bottom wall at the four corners of the bottom wall, that is, welded or bonded. The container is manufactured in such a manner that there is no risk of impairing the reinforcing action of the ribs and the action of storing liquid, and the container can be used for packaging immediately as it is.

<Means for solving the problems> The structure of the present invention for achieving the object will be explained using FIGS. 1 and 2 corresponding to the embodiment. A container body 1 is formed of a synthetic resin sheet material and has a peripheral wall 11 that rises around the periphery of the container body 1 and a reinforcing portion 13 is formed on the upper edge thereof, and the inside of the bottom wall 12 of the container body 1. Liquid absorbing mat 2 formed smaller than its area
The liquid absorbent mat 2 is laid on the bottom wall 12 of the container body 1, and is inseparably and integrally bonded to the bottom wall 3 at the four corners of the bottom wall 12 of the container body 1 where the ribs 14 are not present. The structure is as follows.

<Function> Since the container itself of the present invention has such a structure, when it is used as a packaging container for fresh food, it can be used in exactly the same way as a container that does not use a liquid-absorbing mat. All you have to do is immediately place the fresh food on the mat inside the container body and package it. In particular, the ribs mentioned above do not suffer from heat damage when joining the mats, so they can provide sufficient reinforcing action, and if liquid from fresh foods drips from the mats, it can be stored between the ribs. I can do it.

The drawing shows an embodiment of the present invention, and the thickness
It is made of a 0.3 mm synthetic resin sheet material, has a rectangular shallow dish shape in plan, and has a non-porous bottom wall 12 formed with ribs 14 that protrude toward the inside of the container, and a periphery that extends slightly upward. It has a rising peripheral wall 11,
The container body 1 is formed with an outwardly expanding inverted gutter-like reinforcing part 13 at the upper edge of the peripheral wall 11, and has a thickness as a liquid absorbing mat that absorbs liquid dripping from fresh foods.
A 1.5 mm water-absorbing paper 2 is formed into a slightly small rectangle that matches the shape of the bottom wall 12 of the container body 1, and this is housed and laid on the bottom wall 12 of the container body 1, and its four corners are heated using a high-frequency welder. Welding 3...
The water-absorbing paper 2 is inseparably bonded to the container body.

If you package it in this way, the meat juices that adhered to the raw meat and the meat juices that oozed out from the raw meat after packaging will be removed.
Water is immediately absorbed by the water-absorbing paper 2, which prevents raw meat from becoming partially discolored or accelerating changes in taste due to being immersed in meat juice, and also allows the water-absorbing paper 2 to be used as a cushion material. be.

<Effects of the invention> As is already clear from the above explanation, the invention has the following effects:
It has a structure in which a liquid-absorbing mat is laid and housed at the bottom of the container body, and this liquid-absorbing mat is inseparably and integrally adhered to the bottom of the container body, so it can be used for fresh food. When used as a packaging container for packaging, fresh food can be immediately placed in the container and used for packaging, just as in the case of containers that do not use absorbent mats. It is possible to maintain a state for a long period of time without causing partial discoloration or accelerated change in taste due to adhesion to the food itself or soaking in liquid oozing from the food itself, and It has now become possible to expect a remarkable practical effect in that the packaged fresh food is protected by the absorbent mat while it is placed on the cushion material.
