BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION In recent years, automobiles with sliding doors have been equipped with various electric devices such as electromagnetic locks and power windows, as well as various other electrical components. Therefore, it is necessary to wire a harness for supplying power to the electric equipment and electrical components inside the sliding door. However, unlike a swing-type door, a sliding door moves parallel to the body as a whole, so it is very difficult to wire a harness across the body and the sliding door.

Therefore, in the past, harnesses were wired independently for the body and the sliding door, and connectors were attached to opposing surfaces that contacted each other when the sliding door was closed, and the connectors were connected when the sliding door was closed. The electric current was then passed through the electrical equipment and equipment installed in the sliding door.

Problems that the invention aims to solve: With the conventional wiring structure, electric devices and electrical components can be operated without any problems when the sliding door is closed, but when the sliding door is opened, the electrical circuit inside the sliding door is interrupted. There was a problem that the electric equipment and electrical components could not be used because of the In addition, various switches are installed to operate electrical components installed in other parts of the vehicle, and a sliding door is used for the front door, which requires operating the switches to operate the electrical components when the door is opened. I couldn't do it.

Means for Solving the Problems This invention involves attaching a slide rail to the inner surface of the inner panel of a sliding door, attaching a slide block to the body via a mounting bracket and an arm so as to be able to swing freely, and guiding the slide rail to the slide block. In the sliding door, the sliding door is provided with a group of electrically connected operation switches and a harness winding retractor, and the harness led out from the body is passed through the mounting bracket and the arm. The wiring is connected to the retractor by wiring along the inner panel of the sliding door.

Further, since the harness is routed along the inner panel of the sliding door without passing through the inside of the sliding door, the harness is only slightly bent at both ends of the arm as the sliding door is opened and closed, and no wire breakage occurs.

Embodiment FIGS. 1 to 4 are drawings showing an embodiment of the present invention, in which 1 is the body of an automobile, 2 is a sliding door attached to the opening of the body 1, and an inner panel 3 and an outer panel are shown. 4, and internally incorporates electric devices such as an electromagnetic lock and power window, as well as various electrical components. Said sliding door 2
For example, a slide rail 5 is attached to the middle part of the inner panel 3 along the front-rear direction, and a slide block 6 is slid onto the slide rail 5 via rolling rollers 7, 7, etc. provided on the slide block 6. A mounting bracket 8 which can be installed and fixed to the body 1 and the slide block 6 are connected by two arms 9 and supported by the body 1. Therefore, when the sliding door 2 is pulled rearward, the arms 9, 9 swing to cause the sliding door 2 to protrude from the body 1, and then the slide rail 5 and the slide block 6 move relatively to move the sliding door 2. Open stably. Incidentally, the upper and lower ends of the sliding door 2 are similarly supported by the body 1. However, in this case, the slide rail is attached to the body side, and the slide block and arm are attached to the slide door side.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a harness, one end of which is wired inside the body 1 and connected to a power source (not shown), and the other end is led out from the body 1, passed through the mounting bracket 8, and connected between the arms 9, 9. Further, it is arranged to pass through the slide block 6 and extend along the inner panel 3 of the slide door 2 to the vicinity of the switch group 10. This harness 11 is long enough to be connected even when the sliding door 2 is located at the farthest position from the power source.

A lead wire 13 electrically connects the switch group 10 and the harness 11 via the retractor 12, so that current is constantly supplied from the harness 11 to the switch group 10. The connection between the lead wire 13 and the harness 11 can be achieved, for example, by incorporating a pair of sliding contacts in the retractor 12, connecting the end of the harness 11 to one sliding contact, and connecting the lead wire to the other sliding contact. 13 ends may be connected.

With the above structure, when the sliding door 2 is opened,
Although the harness 11 will be bent, the excess harness 11 will be wound around the retractor 12, so the harness 11 will not be bent, and since the harness 11 and the lead wire 13 are always connected, the switch By operating the switches in group 10, various electric mechanisms and electrical components can be operated. Furthermore, when the sliding door 2 is closed, the retractor 12 rewinds the harness 11 and
1 is derived, so the sliding door 2 operates without any problem.
