Conventionally, when grinding coffee beans at home, a device with a relatively simple structure, small size, and light weight has been used. For example, an electric motor is housed inside a cylindrical coffee mill body with an open top, and a coffee bean storage container is attached to the top of the electric motor with its rotor shaft passing through it. is fixed to the rotor shaft of the electric motor,
The coffee beans are ground by placing a required amount of coffee beans in a storage container, placing a cover on the top of the coffee mill body, and rotating the electric motor. The weight, size, and shape of the coffee mill having the above structure are selected so that it can be easily operated by anyone regardless of age or gender in a general household, and a compact coffee mill is usually used. Therefore, the structure of the coffee mill is such that the electric motor, switch, coffee bean storage container, and other parts that are housed inside the main body of the coffee mill must be installed in a narrow space. Attaching each part using screws takes time and effort to assemble, which hinders the productivity of the coffee mill.
It had the disadvantage of increasing manufacturing costs.

ければならなかつた。 Also, since the coffee mill is compact, there is usually no space to store the power cord, so after using the coffee mill, the power cord must be wrapped directly around the body of the coffee mill, or the cord must be wrapped around the body of the coffee mill. I tied them up and stored them on the kitchen table or shelf. However, in this case, the power cord is exposed to the outside and becomes a hindrance to storing other kitchen appliances, or the power cord gets caught on another appliance and when it is removed from a shelf, etc. If the cord is pulled incorrectly, the coffee grinder may fall onto the floor and be damaged or cause a malfunction. In addition, since the cord is wrapped or bundled around the main body, additional space is required to install the coffee grinder. As a result, the cords were awkward and it was difficult to organize them in harmony with other kitchen appliances, so they had to be stored in a disharmonious state.

It is removably joined using the provided joining piece, and
A motor mounting frame and a lower case that covers the motor mounting frame from the outside are constructed by inserting a bearing tube provided at the bottom of the mounting frame into a shaft hole drilled in the bottom of the lower case. It is designed so that it can be stored freely and assembled into a coffee mill without having to remove it from the case.
There is no need to individually attach each part using fixing members such as screws when assembling a coffee mill.In other words, each part can be assembled by fitting it into place, so it is easy to assemble and requires no skill. It can be done quickly and without any need. Furthermore, the simplification of the assembly work and the elimination of the use of fixing members such as screws significantly reduce the manufacturing cost of the coffee mill, making it possible to provide a coffee mill with excellent mass productivity.

A bearing sleeve is formed with claw pieces, and a shaft hole through which the bearing sleeve is inserted is bored in the center of the bottom of the lower case, so that when the mounting frame is stored in the lower case, the bearing sleeve passes through the shaft hole. Since the motor mounting frame is engaged and supported by the engaging claw pieces so that it does not come off from the shaft hole,
It becomes possible to rotatably accommodate the shaft hole in the lower case without using a special support member. As a result, the motor mounting frame is rotatably stored and held in the lower case, and the power cord storage area is formed using a space on the outer periphery of the drum. At the time of winding, by rotating the motor mounting frame, the motor can be quickly and easily wound around the outer periphery of the winding drum and stored in the lower case. Also, when pulling out the power cord, by holding the plug of the power cord in your hand and pulling it out, the motor mounting frame automatically rotates within the lower case due to the force of pulling out the power cord, making it easy to pull out. , winding the power cord,
Drawer work can be done quickly and easily.
