を集光する光学系を有することを特徴とする請求
項(1)記載の可視光半導体発光ユニツト。 (3) 前記光学系として光フアイバを使用し、前
記半導体発光素子として半導体レーザを使用する
ことを特徴とする請求項(2)記載の可視光半導体
発光ユニツト。 (4) 前記電流制御用の回路は、電源の極性が正
負どちら向きであつても前記半導体発光素子に正
しい方向の電流が流れさせる回路を含むことを特
徴とする請求項(1),(2)又は(3)記載の可視光半
導体発光ユニツト。
