本考案は射出成形機の原料供給装置に関するも
のであり特に2種類の原料を原料を可塑化射出す
るための加熱筒内に挿嵌された主スクリユに選択

(従来技術)
射出成形機の操作において2種の原料を用意し
て一定量成形した後他の種類の原料に切換えて成

の原料供給ホツパを一台の射出成形機に用意して

(考案が解決しようとする問題点)
本考案は原料ホツパから主スクリユに原料を自
然落下させて原料を供給するのではなく、原料ホ
ツパと主スクリユを挿嵌している加熱筒の原料供
給口との間に原料の供給量を調整するフイードス
クリユ装置を設けて原料を供給する方式を採用し
ようとしたが2本のフイードスクリユを駆動する

み回転を伝えるカムクラツチを設け且つ該カムク
ラツチに鎖車を設け、一方回転方向を正転又は逆
転することができる可変速度電動モータを設け、
該可変速度電動モータの回転軸に複列鎖車を設
け、前記のそれぞれのカムクラツチの鎖車とをチ
エンにて巻き前記可変速度電動モータの正転又は
逆転によつて前記フイードスクリユの回転を選択

通路である。本考案においては2種類の原料を選
択的に供給するため一対のフイードスクリユ装置
が設けられている。13はこのためそれぞれのフ
イードスクリユ装置からの原料を加熱筒1の原料

スクリユ7aは回転しない。フイードスクリユ7

き前記可変速度電動モータの正転又は逆転によつ
て前記フイードスクリユの回転を選択的に行うよ
うにしたことを特長とする射出成形機の原料供給
