一方または双方を移動させるこ七により縦割作業を行う
ようにすることも可能である。面このような縦割作業を
行うにあたって、例えば冷凍魚体Al側を移動させる場
合、−基の保持装置10を往復動させて一連ずつ処理作
業を行うほか、例えば保持装置10をコンヘヤ状に構成
し、順次冷凍魚体A1を移送させて、連続的に処理する
ことももとより可能である。
