DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Field of Industrial Application The present invention is intended to prevent leakage of water from various pipe connections and seals near the bottom of washing tubs and dehydration tubs that occur during the manufacture of electric washing machines used in general households. The present invention relates to an inspection device for confirming the presence or absence of the present invention.

Conventional structure and its problems In general, electric washing machines store water in a washing tub or spin-drying tank, and perform washing, rinsing, spin-drying, etc. therein, and also store water and drain water at the bottom of the washing machine or spin-drying tank. Various pipes and waterways have been installed to tighten the system.
On the other hand, it was necessary to securely seal the area around the rotating shaft with a waterproof seal, and water leakage was not allowed in this product. For this reason, it is necessary to discover water leakage due to defective parts during manufacturing, etc., so as shown in Figure 1, a certain amount of water is actually stored in the washing machine 1 so that water does not leak for a certain period of time. We have been using a method to confirm this visually and with tentacles.

In other words, in this conventional inspection, 40 to 60 ml of water is usually poured into the washing tub 1 and spin-drying tub 2 of the assembled washing machine, and the drain pipe 3, overflow pipe 4, drain valve 5, and pulsator at the bottom of the washing tub 1 are checked. A check process was carried out one by one for each of the many parts A to H where water could leak, such as the main shaft 7 of the spindle 6, the buffer rubber 9 of the spindle 8, and the spindle 10. Furthermore, in order to drain all of the water that has been stored, it is necessary to remove water that has formed into droplets and adhered to the walls due to low slopes or surface tension, making it difficult to test for leaks after storing water.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is an apparatus for inspecting water leakage of an aquarium unit, which includes a liquid receiving part which is immersed with the outer frame of the aquarium unit upside down, and a liquid receiving part of the liquid receiving part. The aquarium receiver has an aquarium insertion part that protrudes upward from the inner bottom and an air passage that penetrates the aquarium insertion part and opens upward. The system is configured to measure the difference using a manometer, and with this configuration, it is possible to centrally and easily inspect water leaks in each part of the aquarium unit.

DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 15 denotes a water tank receiver, which has water tank insertion parts 16, 16 shaped so that it can be inserted into the washing tub and spin-drying tub of a washing machine that is upside down. A liquid receiving part 17 having a shape into which the edges of the outer frames 31 of the washing tub and the dehydration tank can be inserted is provided, and a liquid 18 is put in the liquid receiving part 17.
The water tank insertion parts 16, 16 have an air passage 19 penetrating vertically, the upper end of this air passage 19 is open, and the lower end is connected to a pump 23 via a pipe 20, a manometer 21, and a valve 22.

24 is a water tank unit of the washing machine, and the washing tank 2
5 and a dehydration tank 26, and the required pulsator 27,
It is equipped with rotating shafts 28, 29, a drainage hose 30, and the like. When testing for water leakage, the water tank unit 24 is turned upside down and placed so that its outer frame 31 is immersed in the liquid receiving portion 17. A plug 32 is attached to the drain hose 30.

In this state, when the air in the washing tub 25 and dehydration tank 26 is sucked by the pump 23, the liquid 18 in the liquid receiving part 17 flows inside the gap between the outer wall of the washing tub 25 and dehydration tank 26 and the water tank insertion part 16. rises, creating a pressure difference H 2 with the external pressure. This pressure difference can be measured by a manometer 21. Next, valve 2
The presence or absence of water leakage from the water tank unit 24 can be detected by closing the water tank unit 2 and reading the pressure change over a certain period of time. That is, if there is an air leak at even one point in each piping connection or seal of the water tank unit 24, it can be detected by the reading H1 of the manometer 21.

In the above embodiment, the pump 23 performs a suction operation, but it may also be configured to pump air, and water leakage can be tested in the same way.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the explanation of the above embodiments, the water leakage testing device according to the present invention can intensively test for water leakage in each part of the aquarium unit, and there is no need to test each part individually. Make it easier. Furthermore, since there is no need to put a large amount of water into the tank and the tank unit is inspected, it is easy to replace defective parts. Furthermore, since the device consists of a pump, a manometer, and a tank receiver having a liquid receiving part and a tank insertion part, it can be easily constructed and the tank unit can be set stably.
