Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a laying material having opposite characteristics, such as durability and elasticity, by a method wherein a long resilient material and an adhesive are mixed together, and the resilient material is compressed and cured in a state that the original shape of the long resilient material is maintained. CONSTITUTION:A laying material 1 is formed such that the protrusions and the recessed parts of profile lines 2 and 3 in the shape of a linearly uneven surface are vertically opposite to each other and the protrusions and the recessed parts of profile lines 4 and 5 in the shape of a curved uneven surface are laterally opposite to each other. When a number of the laying materials 1 are arranged, they are combined together without the occurrence of displacement in a position. Grooves 9 are formed in a bottom 8 of the laying material 1, the grooves 9 is formed in a manner to connect to the groove of other laying material 1 located adjacently to the one, and an effect to improve breathability and draining ability is produced. Manufacture of the laying material 1 is such that an adhesive, e.g. urethane resin, is mixed in a resilient material 6, a proper mold is filled with the mixture, a proper pressure is exerted and heat is applied to mold in a given shape. This constitution provides the laying material 1, having high durability, and excellent breathability and draining ability, without damaging resilient capacity intrinsic to the resilient material.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to paving materials, and more specifically, to paving materials for the ground and roads such as asphalt tiles, and more particularly to paving materials that can be used as a substitute for flooring materials such as plastic tiles. The present invention relates to bedding materials having elasticity, and in particular to bedding materials made of rubber or synthetic resin materials that are not corrosive and would pose environmental problems if simply discarded.

Under these circumstances, it is common practice to crush waste materials such as tires (A) into fine particles, sprinkle the particles on the ground, and heat and compress it to harden it. The construction work had the disadvantage that it was affected by the weather and the construction work itself could not be completed in rainy days.

Therefore, it has become common to mix particulate synthetic resin or rubber material with an adhesive, pressurize and heat it to harden it, and use it as a bedding material.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, when the above-mentioned elastic bedding material is used for a long time after being laid, the elastic particles tend to fall off as the surface deteriorates. Therefore, when trying to increase the durability of the elastic material, increasing the adhesive content compared to the elastic material achieves the objective, but the adhesive content increases. Due to the increased height, there was a problem in that the original advantage of elasticity was reduced.

In addition, because the conventional concrete flooring material (31) is molded under pressure, and when trying to increase its strength, it is hardened so that the particles come into close contact with each other, resulting in poor air permeability. Like ~ and Asphal 1-, it becomes hot when exposed to direct sunlight for a long period of time in the summer, and its heat absorption is poorer than that of the ground.

It also had the disadvantage of being exclusionary. The above-mentioned drawbacks are exacerbated, for example, when the content of the adhesive is increased in order to improve durability.

In addition, in the case of bedding materials using conventional particulate elastic materials,
As a result of the conflicting functions of strength and elasticity, when manufacturing bedding materials, the scope for adjusting the balance between both functions is extremely narrow, and one is forced to make a clear choice as to which function to place emphasis on. te=3- was there.

By hardening rectangular elastic materials, the materials can intertwine with each other, so in addition to the bonding force of the adhesive, an anchor effect, also known as entanglement force, occurs, increasing the bonding force between the materials, Durability can be dramatically increased. Also, since the shape of the elastic material is long,
Even when compressed and molded under considerable pressure, the materials do not come into close contact with each other, and appropriate gaps can be created between the materials. Therefore, it is possible not only to improve the durability without impairing the original elasticity of the elastic material, but also to provide a bedding material that is extremely excellent in terms of both breathability and drainage performance.

In addition, by making the bedding material so that the size of the elastic material is different on one side and the other side in the thickness direction of the bedding material, for example, by making the front surface thin and the back surface rough, the surface It is possible to separate the functions of the front and back surfaces, so that the sides have the functions of aesthetics, elasticity, and durability, and the back side has the function of increasing drainage and ventilation, so on the surface they are exactly the same. Even though it may seem like a problem, it can be applied to a construction method with separate functions in the case of installation, and it can increase the adaptability of the installation.

In addition, by having grooves on the back side of Mat + 2 that connect with the adjacent ones, these grooves can function as drainage passages, making extremely effective drainage possible. In addition, it is possible to achieve the remarkable effect that there is no need to construct a relatively fine drainage ditch in the base portion on which the bedding material is laid.

The material constituting the bedding material 1 is, for example, an elastic material 6 made of a long rubber material such as a tire, mixed with an adhesive such as urethane resin, and the mixture is packed into a suitable mold. Thereafter, it can be molded into a desired shape by applying appropriate pressure and heating. Note that the elastic material G is hardened while retaining its original shape. Therefore, the elastic materials 6 are firmly solidified so as to intertwine with each other, and an appropriate space is formed between the elastic materials 6, so that this space reduces spatial restrictions when the elastic materials 6 expand and contract. As a result, the original elastic force of the elastic material 6 is brought out and extremely excellent elasticity can be exhibited.

The configuration in this case is the size distribution of the diameter, length, etc. of the elongated elastic element tA' 6 (this size distribution is called this because there is variation in size when making the elastic material)
In addition to having a plurality of size distributions, the particle material is also strained so that, for example, the large particle material 21 is located on the bottom side.
It is shaped so that the small particle material 22 and the elastic material 6 are located thereon. Since the bottom side is made of a material with a large size, it is possible to improve air permeability and drainage performance and adjust elasticity without forming the aforementioned grooves.

Furthermore, the surface 7 of the bedding material 20 may be made of, for example, a fluorescent material or a material containing a fluorescent material.

The display section 25 may be attached after the support material 20 is molded, but it can also be formed at the same time as the bedding material 20 is molded. In addition, in the two examples, the size of the particulate material is appropriately adjusted to fit into the intertwining gap between the elongated elastic materials. By setting the amount so that it is contained in a large amount in the direction of the bedding material, it becomes difficult for dust etc. to enter the bedding material, and it can be suitably employed as a part of floor + A and the like.
