Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify manufacturing process by omitting an exfoliation sheet and reduce the manufacturing cost by arranging an adhesive at the contact part with a reverse surface sheet of a waterproof sheet and forming the exfoliation processing part at the part of the reverse surface sheet in contact with the adhesive and permitting the reverse surface sheet to be exfoliated from the adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of adhesives 7 are arranged in the longitudinal direction, keeping each nearly equal interval, at the contact part with a reverse surface sheet 2 of a waterproof sheet 5. An exfoliation processing part 2A is formed at the contact part with each adhesive 7 of the reverse surface sheet 2, and further an exfoliation-enabled part 2B for exfoliation- removing the exfoliation processing part 2A from the reverses sheet 2 is installed. The exfoliation-enabled part 2B is constituted of the elliptical sewing machine perforation 2C formed on the reverse surface sheet 2 so as to surround the exfoliation processing part 2A. In the use of a sanitary napkin, the exfoliation-enabled part 2B is pulled out by holding the center part of the reverse surface sheet 2 by fingers, and then the reverse surface sheet 2 is broken along the sewing machine perforations 2C, and removed from the napkin, and the adhesive 7 on the waterproof sheet 5 is exposed. Then, the adhesive 7 is attached so as to contact the underwear, and pressed, and then the napkin is attached on the underwear, and can be fixed.

In addition, recently, menstrual blood once absorbed by an absorber,
In order to prevent urine etc. from leaking from the absorbent body, the absorbent body is often covered with a waterproof sheet. The adhesive on the back sheet of such an absorbent article is always bonded with a release sheet I for protecting the adhesive. Therefore,
When using conventional absorbent articles, the release sheet was peeled off from the adhesive and fixed to underwear.

2, and an absorbent body 3 that is interposed between these two sheets 1-1.2 and absorbs and retains menstrual blood that has passed through the top sheet 1. Then, the top sheet 1 is attached to the absorbent body 3.
The back sheet 2 is formed to a size that covers only the front surface of the absorbent body 3, and the back sheet 2 is formed to cover the back surface of the absorbent core 3, the peripheral side surface, and the side edge of the top sheet 1.
The back sheet 2 is bonded in a bead shape with a hot melt adhesive or the like at the side edge to form a bonded portion 4. Further, the absorber 3 has a back surface, a peripheral surface, and a side edge of the front surface covered with a waterproof sheath 1 and 5. On the surface of the absorbent body 2, the extending edge of the waterproof sheet 5 is bonded to the back surface of the topsheet 1 in a bead shape using an adhesive to form a bonded portion 6.

Further, a peeling treatment section 2A (portion indicated by a thick line in FIG. 1) is provided at a portion of the back sheet 2 that comes into contact with each of the adhesives 7. Further, the back sheet 2 is provided with a peelable portion 2B that can peel and remove the peel processing portion 2A from the back sheet 2. This peelable portion 2B can be peeled off from the back sheet 2 through an oval perforation 2C (ellipse indicated by a broken line in FIG. 2) formed in the back sheet 2 so as to surround the peel-treated portion 2A. It is configured as follows. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 8 denotes an adhesive portion formed by bonding the back sheet 2 and the waterproof sheet 5 together in a bead shape using the adhesive.

When using the sanitary napkin of the above embodiment, grasp the center of the back sheet 1-2 with your fingers and remove the peelable part 2B.
When pulled, the back sheet 2 is torn at the perforation 2C and the removable portion 2B is removed from the sanitary napkin, exposing the adhesive 7 of the waterproof sheet 5 as shown in FIG. After that, when this sanitary napkin is brought into contact with the underwear so that the adhesive part 7 is in contact with the underwear and the sanitary napkin is pressed against the underwear, this sanitary napkin will be adhesively fixed to the underwear. .

As explained above, in the sanitary napkin of this embodiment, since the back sheet 2 also serves as a release sheet,
There is no need to prepare a release sheet independently, and the manufacturing cost 1- can be reduced accordingly. Therefore, economical sanitary napkins can be manufactured regardless of the recent expansion of the application range of adhesives and the accompanying increase in the size of release sheets. Of course, since the step of providing a release sheet can be omitted, manufacturing costs can also be reduced in this respect.

According to this embodiment, the peelable portion 2B is removed by grasping the peelable portion 2B and tearing the back seam 1 at the arc-shaped perforations 2C, 2C, and the longitudinal perforation 2D. It can be opened on both sides at the fold line portions 2C2, 2C2 on both sides. With the removable portion 2B open in this manner, when the adhesive 7 is brought into contact with the underwear and the sanitary napkin is pressed against the underwear, the sanitary napkin is adhesively fixed to the underwear. By folding the peelable parts 2B, 2B, which are open on both the left and right sides of the sanitary napkin, so as to surround the crotch part of the underwear, the sanitary napkin is more securely fixed to the underwear, and the position of the sanitary napkin is prevented. This can be reliably prevented.
