FIG. 1 shows a sectional view of a so-called firefly type switch, in which a movable contact body 4 is swingably supported by a support protrusion 3 of a conductive metal fitting 2 arranged at the bottom of a device body 1, and the switch can be operated. Central rib 5 of handle 5
The lower half of the coil spring 7 whose upper half has been inserted into the hole 6 provided in the section a is fitted into the movable contact body 4, and the coil spring 7 is bent and reversed in response to the reversing operation of the operating handle 5, and the movable contact body 4 The movable contact 8 provided on the upper side surface of the movable contact body 4 is rotated left and right around the support protrusion 3, and as a result of this left and right rotation, the movable contact 8 provided on the upper side surface of the movable contact body 4 is rotated to the fixed terminal plate 9. It contacts and separates from a certain fixed contact 10 to turn on and off. In the figure, 11 or 12 is a locking metal fitting for a quick connection terminal, and a quick connection terminal 13 or 1 is connected to the fixed terminal plate 9 or the terminal plate portion 2a of the conductive metal fitting 2.
4. In the figure, when the movable contact 8 and the fixed contact 10 are in contact with each other, current is applied between the quick connection terminals 13 and 14, and the switch is turned on. By the way, this type of switch is equipped with a display element 15 such as a neon tube to display the position of the switch when the switch is turned off, and is illuminated through a lamp cover of the operating handle 5 made of a transparent material. However, in the display circuit block built into a conventional switch, a display element 15 and a current-limiting resistor 17 are connected in series to a printed circuit board 16 by soldering, as shown in FIGS. 2a and 2b. The block member is attached to the operating handle 5 by inserting the central rib 5a of the operating handle 5 into the hole 18 provided in the printed circuit board 16. Then, one end of one lead wire 20 of the resistor 17 is electrically connected to the upper end of the coil spring 7, and the display element 1
A contact portion 19 connected to one end of the printed circuit board 16 is provided on the lower surface of the end of the printed circuit board 16, and when the operation handle 5 is turned to the off side, the contact portion 19 contacts the upper surface of the fixed terminal plate 9, and the quick connection terminal 14, An energizing circuit is formed of the conductive metal fitting 2, the movable contact body 4, the coil spring 7, the resistor 17, the display element 15, the fixed terminal plate 9, and the quick connection terminal 13, so that the display element 15 emits light. In this way, a switch is very convenient for the user because it can display the location of the switch in the dark by incorporating a display circuit block. However, as mentioned above, the conventional display circuit block
The resistor 17 and the display element 15 are connected in series on the printed circuit board 16 by soldering, and each component is made to stand upright on the printed circuit board 16, resulting in instability and difficulty in turning the operating handle 5 on and off. There was a problem in that vibrations were transmitted and wires were broken, and assembly was very troublesome. Further, as a display circuit block using a molded substrate, there is one described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 57224/1998. In other words, in this conventional example, a molded rib base for supporting the display element is integrally provided on the surface of the molded substrate, and a locking means for locking and holding the resistor is provided protruding from the surface of the molded substrate. The connection between the resistor and the resistor is made by directly connecting the lead wires to each other by soldering, etc., and connects them in series. Therefore, the electric circuit is exposed and there is a risk of being affected by arcing when used in a switch. Furthermore, when soldering the lead wires to each other, it is necessary to bend the lead wires and place them in a position where they can be joined, resulting in poor assembly efficiency and a structure unsuitable for automatic assembly.

As described above, the present invention provides a hole approximately in the center for inserting a rib provided on the back of an operation handle that drives a movable contact body having a movable contact that can freely contact and release from a fixed contact in the reverse direction, and A molded rib base for receiving a display element is integrally provided on the surface of a molded substrate with a metal lead plate embedded therein, and a locking means for locking and holding a resistor is provided protruding from the surface of the molded substrate, and the side of the molded substrate is A terminal for caulking and fixing one end of one of the lead wires of the resistor, and a pair of terminals for caulking and fixing one end of both lead wires of the display element, respectively, are provided by protruding a part of the metal lead plate. A display element and a resistor are connected in series via a metal lead plate, and the other lead wire of the resistor, which is one end of the series circuit, is electrically connected to the movable contact body, and the other end of the series circuit is connected in series. The end is connected to a contact section provided on the back surface of the molded substrate, and the contact section is brought into contact with the fixed terminal board provided with the fixed contact when the operation handle is turned off, so that the display element and The placement position of the resistor can be determined by the molded rib base and the locking means, and the display element can be secured to the molded rib base and the resistor can be secured by the locking means, so the lead wire can be protected against vibration. This has the effect of preventing wire breakage, resulting in high reliability even when incorporated into a switch.Furthermore, since the metal lead plate for the electrical circuit is embedded within the molded base, it can be incorporated into the switch to open and close the contacts. Even when the wires are connected to each other, unlike printed circuit boards, the electrical circuits are not exposed, so they are not affected by arcs at all, and this has the excellent effect of increasing reliability. It has the advantage of being easier to position and easier to assemble than those that are joined together, making it ideal for automatic assembly.

1. A hole is provided approximately in the center for inserting a rib provided on the back of the operating handle that reversely drives a movable contact body having a movable contact that can be freely contacted and released from a fixed contact, and a metal lead plate for the electric circuit is installed inside. A molded rib base for receiving the display element is integrally provided on the surface of the embedded molded substrate, and a locking means for locking and holding the resistor is provided protrudingly on the surface of the molded substrate, and the resistor is attached to the side of the molded substrate. A terminal for caulking and fixing one end of one lead wire of the display element, and a pair of terminals for caulking and fixing one end of both lead wires of the display element, respectively, are provided by protruding a part of the metal lead plate to connect the display element and the resistor. The other lead wire of the resistor, which is one end of the series circuit, is electrically connected to the movable contact body, and the other end of the series circuit is connected in series through a metal lead plate. A display circuit block with a built-in switch connected to the contacts provided on the back side.
