(Field of Industrial Application) The present invention relates to an automated snow-making device. (Prior Art) Snow-making devices that eject snow at ski resorts and the like have been known in the past, but an automatic snow-making device that can operate automatically according to environmental conditions has not yet been developed. (Problems that the invention attempts to solve) This invention solves the above conventional problems and solves the environmental conditions.
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an automatic snow-making device that enables automatic operation according to the snow quality and snow spouting pattern. (Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a water supply channel equipped with a water supply pump and a water supply pressure regulating valve, an air passage connected to a compressor and an air dryer, and a water supply channel equipped with a water supply pump and a water supply pressure regulating valve. a snow spewing nozzle connected to a waterway and an air passage and capable of switching snow spouting patterns;
A switch for specifying the snow quality and snow spouting pattern, and a preset water supply amount by specifying the snow spouting pattern, increasing the water supply amount as the outside temperature drops, and specifying the snow quality to set the water supply amount to a preset amount according to the snow spouting pattern designation, and increase the water supply amount as the outside temperature decreases, This paper proposes an automatic snow-making device consisting of a controller that reduces the amount of water supplied as the snow quality increases. (Function) Since the automatic snow making device of the present invention controls the amount of water supplied, it is possible to operate automatically according to environmental conditions, snow quality, and snow blowout pattern. (Example) The automatic snow-making device of the present invention will be described below according to an example shown in the drawings. FIG. 1 shows an automatic snowmaking device of the present invention, which consists of a water storage tank 2 in which water is cooled and stored (for example, at about 3°C).
It has a water supply channel 4 connected to. The water supply channel 4 is equipped with a water supply pump 5 and a water supply pressure regulating valve 6 for adjusting the water supply pressure. Next, a compressor 7 for producing compressed air at a predetermined pressure is provided, and the compressor 7 is connected to an air dryer 8 and an air cooler 8a. The air dryer 8 cools the air whose temperature has increased during compression, and discharges the water vapor contained therein from the drain discharge valve 9 as a drain. The air cooler 8a is provided to assist the air cooling action in the air dryer 8, and is used to keep the temperature of the compressed air supplied to the air path 10 below a predetermined value (for example, 5° C.). Therefore, if the air dryer 8 has a sufficient air cooling effect, the air cooler 8a can be omitted. Next, an air path 10 is connected to the air dryer 8 and the air cooler 8a. On the other hand, one or more snow blowing nozzles 12 are provided, and the snow blowing nozzles 12 are connected to the water supply channel 4 and the air channel 10. As shown in detail in FIG. 2, the snow blowing nozzle 12 mixes water from the water supply channel 4 and compressed air from the air channel 10 and blows the mixture into the atmosphere to make snow. A plurality of types (two types in the figure) of nozzle heads 13 and 14 can be selectively attached to the tip of the snow spouting nozzle 12, making it possible to switch the snow spouting pattern. Next, returning to FIG. 1, a controller 15 is provided, and the controller 15 receives as input a temperature sensor 16 for detecting the outside air temperature, a humidity sensor 17 for detecting the outside air humidity, and a changeover switch 18 to adjust the water supply pump 5 and the water supply pressure. Valve 6, compressor 7, air dryer 8 and air cooler 8a
Let be the output. Here, the changeover switch 18 is used to specify the snow quality (for example, from wet to dry, solid snow, light snow, and powder snow) and to select the nozzle head 1.
This is to specify the snow spout pattern corresponding to 3 and 14. The operation of the automatic snow making device of the present invention shown in the above embodiments is as follows. That is, temperature sensor 16 and humidity sensor 1
When the outside air conditions detected by 7 are operable conditions (for example, temperature below -1.5 DEG C. and humidity below 60%), controller 15 drives water pump 5, compressor 7, air dryer 8 and air cooler 8a. As a result, water from the water supply channel 4 and cooled and dried compressed air from the air channel 10 are delivered to the snow blowing nozzle 12.
It is mixed in the air and ejected into the atmosphere. Here, since the compressed air is dried in the air dryer 8, the evaporation of water droplets is promoted, the heat of evaporation is taken away, and the temperature is lowered. As a result, the water droplets from the snow spouting nozzle 12 become snow and are jetted out. Here, the controller 15 constantly detects the outside air temperature using the temperature sensor 16 during operation, and adjusts the opening degree of the water supply pressure regulating valve 6 based on this. That is, the amount of water fed to the snow blowing nozzle 12 is adjusted according to the opening degree of the water feeding pressure regulating valve 6. The amount of water supplied increases as the outside temperature decreases, and conversely decreases as the outside temperature increases. Furthermore, the controller 15 is a changeover switch 1
Depending on the snow quality specified in 8, the water supply pressure adjustment valve 6
The opening degree will be adjusted. That is, in the case of solid snow, the amount of water to be conveyed is greater than in the case of light snow, and in the case of powdery snow, the amount of water to be conveyed is less than in the case of light snow. Furthermore, the controller 15 controls the nozzle head 13,1.
4, the water supply pressure regulating valve 6 is also adjusted to control the water supply amount. The following is an example of controlling the water flow rate for a certain nozzle head:

[Table] (Effects of the invention) The embodiments of the automatic snow-making device of the invention are as described above, and the effects thereof are listed below. (1) The device of the present invention has the configuration described in the scope of the utility model registration claim, and in particular controls the amount of water conveyed, making it possible to operate automatically according to environmental conditions, snow quality, and snow blowout pattern. (2) The device of the present invention has the same configuration as above, and in particular, the control of the amount of water conveyed depends on the outside air temperature but not on the outside air humidity, so it does not require a complicated structure and can be manufactured at low cost. (3) Since the device of the present invention uses an air dryer, the evaporation of water droplets is promoted and the heat of evaporation is taken away, thereby promoting snow formation.
