Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a non-slip work by cutting a thermal shrinkage tube with a surface subjected to the non-slip work to prescribed length, fitting the resultant to an arm of a hanger, thermally shrinking and fixing it. CONSTITUTION:To a hanger A for clothes provided with arms 2, 2 at both sides of a suspending part 1 are fitted tubes 3 subjected to a flock work a. The tubes 3 are subjected to a thermal shrinkage and flxed. For manufacturing the tube, a tube B made of thermal shrinkage synthetic resin which is subjected to the flock work (flocked) on an entire surface is prepared. The tube B is cut to a prescribed length so that the tube 3 is obtained. The tube 3 is fitted to the arm 2, subjected to a thermal shrinkage and fixed to the arm 2. The cutting, fitting and thermal shrinkage of the tube B may be manually or automatically performed. As fibers to be flocked upon the flock work, a well-known type fiber capable of being subjected to a non-work may be suitably selected.

Description

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a clothing tonger with an anti-slip function and a method for manufacturing the same.

[Conventional technology and its problems]

A heat-shrinkable tube is fitted into the arm, and the surface of the tube is treated to prevent slippage.

In addition, to manufacture the clothing hanger, a heat-shrinkable tube with a non-slip surface is cut to the required length.
It is possible to adopt a configuration in which the cut tube is fitted into the arm and fixed by heat shrinking.

For the above-mentioned anti-slip treatment, various conventionally known methods such as flocking, rubber glue application, sponge pasting, etc. can be employed.

[Effect]

The clothing hanger according to the present invention configured in this way has an anti-slip effect in the same way as the conventional one, but the tube is firmly fixed to the arm surface by heat shrinkage, and is also cylindrical. There is no risk of it peeling off, and it maintains its anti-slip properties for many years.
