支柱を挿通すると共に、位置決め部材側にその一
部を押え込まれて揺動自在に設けられるストツパ
ー部材と、前記ストツパー部材を略水平位置から
傾斜位置へ付勢するバネ手段とを備え、常時はス
トツパー部材が傾斜位置で支柱に摩擦ロツクして
おり、かつストツパー部材をバネ手段の付勢力に
抗し押圧して略水平位置にすることにより摩擦ロ
ツクが解除されるようにしたことを特徴とする物
