(従来技術とその問題点) 従来の製茶用ボイラーはたとえば、第5図〜第
6図に示す構造を有していた。即ち、1は重油バ
ーナー、2は円筒形の燃焼室で、燃焼ガスは燃焼
室2の端部から上方に上昇し、こゝで燃焼室2と
平行に配設された3本のパイプ3に分流し、煙室
4へと排出される。6は燃焼室2及びパイプ3…
…の周面とボイラー外胴5との間の空間の水室
で、この水室6内の水が燃焼室2及びパイプ3の
周面での熱交換により加熱されて蒸発する。蒸気
は気室7に溜り、蒸気ドーム8を経て図示しない
蒸し装置に導かれる。以上の如く、水タンクの中
に燃焼室や熱交換用のパイプが装着されている。
水室6と気室7の容積が非常に小さくなつてい
る。

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 1 燃焼室11と、該燃焼室11の上部に水平に
設けられ頂部に蒸気ドーム13を介し蒸気出口
14に通じる水タンク12とからなり、前記燃
焼室11は一端に重油バーナ10を備え他端は
水タンク12の両側に対称的に設けた煙道16
に連り、さらに該煙道16は前記重油バーナ1
0と同じ側で煙室17に通じており、又前記燃
焼室11はその両側及び底部を前記タンク12
と連通する水套15で、また前記煙道16はそ
の上下及び側部をタンク12と連通するエコノ
マイザ18で囲まれていることを特徴とする製
茶用ボイラー。 2 燃焼室11の下部に複数の水管15aを設
け、該水管15aと水タンク12とを立上り管
15cで連通したことを特徴とする実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項記載の製茶用ボイラー。
