In this method, when a vehicle registration request signal is sent by an operation by a passenger on the mobile station side, the receiver of the base station device receives the registration request signal and stores it in the storage device. This is a system that sends replies to the station. According to this system, if the mobile station receives a registration response signal from the base station and is on standby knowing that the registration of its own vehicle has been approved, it can receive a vehicle dispatch command from the base station. .

However, in this AVM system, if the transmitter of the base station device is transmitting, even if it receives a registration request signal from the mobile station device, it cannot send back a registration approval signal. For this reason, it was common practice to not accept registration requests from mobile stations during such periods. In other words, a registration request from a mobile station is valid only during a period when the base station is not making a call. Therefore, the mobile station side always pays attention to whether or not the base station side is transmitting.

The operator must operate the mobile station equipment during the pause period, resulting in an increased burden on one crew member. In addition, if the mobile station crew sends out a registration request signal even though the base station is in the call period, registration approval will not be returned, and there is a possibility that the mobile station will make repeated calls.
The system as a whole had a management drawback in that it resulted in a lot of unnecessary calling operations.

In order to compensate for this drawback, it is possible to send a registration request signal by making a call from the mobile station device regardless of whether the transmission system of the base station device is busy, and the base station device side can send a registration request signal by making a call. It is not possible to send response signals back to these mobile stations, and for this reason, the base station equipment sequentially sends registered response signals containing the radio vehicle numbers of all mobile stations decoded and stored during the call. There are disadvantages in that it takes one hour to send out the registration response signals, and that the base station is subject to call time restrictions during the sending of a series of registration response signals.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks, and to enable registration by calling from a mobile station device, regardless of whether the transmission system of the base station device is busy or not. It enables the sending of request signals, and if the base station device is in the middle of a call, after the end of the call, all the mobile stations that made a call during one call are set to the registration approval state, and one call from among them is set to the registration approval state. Mobile stations that occur at the same time and cannot be decoded on the base station side automatically resend registration request signals to the base station, thereby eliminating wasted waiting time and the anxiety of waiting for registration approval. Let it be resolved.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides for a base station radio device to communicate with other mobile stations when responding between a base station radio device operating an AVM system using two-frequency half-duplex and a plurality of mobile station radio devices. Storage means for decoding and storing the registration request signal if the registration request signal can be decoded when a plurality of mobile station devices successively receive registration request signals in an arbitrary calling format during transmission for a telephone call;
If it is determined that decoding is impossible due to calls originating from multiple mobile stations at the same time, the time measurement means consisting of multiple units starting from that time each time and one nuclear base station device will When the plurality of time measurements are stopped and there are simultaneous calls from a plurality of mobile stations, one registration response signal containing the measurement time value information is generated and encoded, and the base station transmits the signal. means for transmitting a registration request signal to all mobile stations that have made a call during transmission for a call with the mobile station;
When the base station is on standby and receives a registration request signal, it generates a registration response signal, encodes it, and sends it out only if it can be decoded, and if it cannot be decoded due to simultaneous calls from multiple mobile stations. In this case, the method is characterized by comprising means for stopping transmission of the registration response signal.

The storage control circuit 110 sets an address in the storage device 109 for storing the decoded signal, writes and reads the decoded signal to the storage device 109, and exchanges control with the main control circuit 204 of the transmitter system 200. This is a circuit that does this. According to the above procedure, among the registration request signals from a plurality of mobile stations received by the base station during a call, the signals of the mobile stations that are normally decoded are sequentially stored in the storage device 109. If multiple mobile stations issue registration request signals at the same time and the decoding determination circuit 107 of the base station that receives them determines that decoding is impossible, the multiple time counters in the one-hour measuring circuit 111 Start one. Timing control circuit 112
is a circuit that selects a counter to start, stops the counter, reads the contents of the counter, and exchanges control with the main control circuit 204, which will be described later, in the one-hour measuring circuit ill. If simultaneous calls from multiple mobile stations occur multiple times while the base station is talking, time measurement circuit 1
A plurality of counters in 11 are sequentially started.

When the identification circuit 302 identifies that the receiver output signal is composed of codes, it switches the switching circuit 303 to 1.
The output signal is sent to the decoding circuit 304, and the counter of the time measuring circuit 406 is stopped via the main control circuit 503. Next, the retransmission time slot selection circuit 504 randomly selects one of the plurality of retransmission time slots, and changes the display of "registration requesting" on the 1 display circuit 506 to, for example, "

Furthermore, if the registration button is operated while the base station is not busy, the main control circuit 503 enters the base station standby call operation mode. In this mode, the main control circuit 5

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, it is possible to receive registration request signals from multiple mobile stations even when the transmission system of the base station device is busy. After one call is completed, one registration response signal is sent to the mobile stations that made the call all at once to the registration approval state, and two calls among them occur at the same time and cannot be decoded on the base station side. This is because only the registered mobile station can automatically resend the registration request signal.

It eliminates the need for re-calling the registration request signal, eliminates wasted waiting time and anxiety about waiting for registration approval responses, and eliminates the need for base stations to respond to unnecessary inquiries from mobile stations and for mobile stations to make unnecessary calls. This eliminates the need for repeated calls, which has a great effect on the efficient operation of the system.

[Scope of Claims] A base station radio device for use in a response system between a base station radio device and a plurality of mobile station radio devices to which an AVM method is applied by half-duplexing of one and two frequencies, wherein the base station radio device is connected to another mobile station radio device. When a registration request signal in an arbitrary calling format is received from a plurality of mobile station devices during transmission for a call with a mobile station, a storage means for decoding and storing the registration request signal; If it is determined that decoding is impossible due to calls being made at the same time, the base station device uses a clock measurement means consisting of a plurality of clocks that start from that time each time, and the base station device immediately detects the plurality of times after the transmission is completed. means for stopping measurement, and when there is a simultaneous call from the plurality of mobile stations, generates and encodes one registration response signal including one or more pieces of measurement time value information, and the base station transmits the signal to the mobile station. means for transmitting a registration request signal to all mobile stations that have made a call while transmitting a registration request signal for a conversation with the base station; When a signal is received, if the registration request signal can be decoded, a registration response signal is generated, encoded and sent, and if decoding is impossible due to simultaneous calls from multiple mobile stations, a registration response signal is sent. 1. A base station wireless device in an AVM system, characterized in that it is equipped with means for stopping. 2. A mobile station radio device used in a response system between a base station and a plurality of mobile stations applying the AVM method by two-frequency half-duplexing, the mobile station radio device arbitrarily issuing a registration request signal to the base station, If the base station is in a call with another mobile station at the time the registration signal is issued, a means for starting the time measurement of the own vehicle at the same time as the call is made, and a means for starting the time measurement of the own vehicle at the same time as the call ends, means for stopping measurement; means for randomly selecting one of a plurality of time slots for retransmission; and extracting time value information included in a registration response signal sent after a call from the base station ends. A means for comparing the clock count value of the own vehicle, and if the same count value is included, automatically resending a registration request signal at the time of the time slot, and comparing the count value with the clock count value of the own vehicle. a means for displaying that registration has been approved if the value is not included;
Further, if the base station is not in communication with another mobile station at the time when the mobile station issues the registration request signal, means for selecting one of the retransmission time slots at the same time as the call is made;
means for automatically retransmitting the registration request signal at the time of the time slot when the registration response signal is not received within a predetermined time after issuing the registration request signal; If the registration response signal is not received even after repeating the retransmission operation a certain number of times, means is provided to display that registration is not possible and interrupt the automatic registration request operation, and to send the registration response signal within a predetermined time. A mobile station wireless device in an AVM system, characterized in that it has means for displaying that the mobile station has been approved for registration when receiving the mobile station.
