の曲り、反りを確実、容易に抑制でき、曲がりの無い正
確な寸法仕上りの製品を得ることができる。

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)抽伸機のスタンドに、シリンダと手動又は自動の
押金とにより左右に移動され、下面に設けた固定楔とス
タンド下方に横架した操作軸のネジ部に螺装した楔の係
合摺動により昇降されるダイプレートを設け、該ダイプ
レートの中央に角形切欠き空所を有する円形の外ダイホ
ルダを嵌入し、その角形切欠き空所を介して内部にダイ
スを保持した内ダイホルダを嵌合させ、内ダイホルダの
後面に給油路を設けた環状のダイ押えと該ダイ押え内に
嵌着され前記給油路と連絡する油道及び噴出口を備えた
潤滑金具を取付け、該金具の直後に間隔調整可能なガイ
ドローラを設備した素材ガイド装置と潤滑油の油受けと
を設置し、前記外ダイホルダの上部に取付けた扇形ギヤ
に、ダイプレートの上部に横架した回動軸上のラックギ
ヤを噛合せ内ダイホルダを介しダイスを回動させ、その
旋回、昇降と左右移動を適宜の表示装置で表示させてな
る異形棒抽伸機におけるダイス調整装置。
