(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, since conventional concrete waterway members are heavy, it is necessary to treat the base with gravel, crusher run, sand sprinkling, etc., and also to adjust the level of the waterway member with concrete. . In addition, conventional waterway members made of concrete or hard resin are rigid bodies, and when used in particularly cold regions, water contained in the surrounding soil that comes in contact with the waterway members freezes and damages the waterway members. When lifted, the joints developed cracks and failures, which eroded the underlying foundation and caused the foundation to collapse.

The rubber water channel member of the present invention has an elongated U-shape, but the U-shape can be freely changed at the construction site depending on the groove shape of the drainage channel.
In addition, it is easy to follow the uneven surface of the foundation of the drainage channel,
Since there is no need for special foundation treatment, economical construction becomes possible.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a rubber water channel member according to the present invention, and the rubber water channel member 1 of the present invention is made of natural rubber,
A core body 3 made of a metal wire mesh or a metal flat plate is embedded in a sheet-like rubber material 2 made of isoprene rubber, chloroprene rubber, ethylene-propylene terpolymer with good weather resistance, butyl rubber, or a blend thereof. , the cross section is approximately U
It has a relatively long and narrow shape, approximately 50 to 200 cm in length. There is a step part 4 with a thin wall on the inside of one end of the water channel member 1, and a step part 4 with a thin wall on the outside of the other end, and a part where it joins with other water channel members. It's getting old.

Next, an example of the use of the rubber water channel member 1 will be explained using FIG. 2. The rubber waterway member 1 is installed in a drainage channel 8 provided in a vacant lot, developed land, or the like. At this time, if the dimensions of the water channel member 1 are larger than the dimensions of the drainage channel 8, the corner portion 6 may be deformed by pressing the vicinity of the top 5 of the channel member to align with the side wall 7 of the drainage channel. becomes possible.

(Effects) As described above, the rubber waterway member of the present invention has a plastically deformable metal member embedded as a core in the sheet-like elastic rubber, and does not leak fluids such as water into the base. In addition to its basic performance as a water channel component, it is possible to freely change the shape of the channel component according to the shape of the drainage channel at the construction site, and by having a certain degree of flexibility, it is possible to improve the condition of the underlying ground. Since it is easy to follow even somewhat uneven surfaces, there is no need to treat the base of the drainage channel, resulting in highly economical construction, and the waterway member has excellent shape retention due to the core body of the metal member. Also, since it is made of rubber, it has excellent impact resistance, so it does not break easily, and it is also lightweight, making it easy to install in drainage channels.

Furthermore, even when the rubber waterway member of the present invention is used in a cold region, the joints of the waterway member are less likely to be damaged due to freezing, and can be used for a long period of time.
