(Conventional technology) Asphalt or mortar has traditionally been used to fix wooden bricks. However, asphalt hardens and shrinks at low temperatures in the winter, making the wooden parts more likely to come off. Also, in the summer, when it gets hot, it melts and becomes sticky, causing the wooden bricks to move.Asphalt expands and narrows the joint spacing, causing the entire floor to swell. be. Mortar does not have the problem of hardening or softening depending on the season, but it does have the problem of becoming easily dislodged due to the expansion and contraction of the wooden bricks. It has been pointed out that wooden bricks cannot cope with the changing seasons in Japan, and if they are damaged, they cannot be easily replaced, and construction requires skill.

(Technical Issues) This invention was devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to create a system that can easily adapt to seasonal changes like in Japan, and that is easy to construct and maintain. To provide a wooden brick connector that provides an orderly laying condition.

(Technical Means) The above object is to form hooks 2 and 3 that can engage with each other at both ends of the main body 1, and to hold the main body 1 between the wooden bricks 4 arranged at both ends with a gap between the joints. Fixing means 5 and 6 are provided inside each hook part, and an engaging part 7 that engages with each other when the two main bodies 1 and 1 are assembled in a cross shape is formed between the fixing means 5 and 6. This can be achieved with wood brick connections.

(Example) To explain with the illustrated example, since the main body 1 requires strength, it is made of ductile cast iron, other cast iron, other metals, FRP, other synthetic resins, etc. in the shape of a flat strip with uniform thickness. It is formed and arranged vertically between the joints, and hook parts 2 and 3 consisting of a convex part 8 and a concave part 9 are formed at both ends, respectively. The fixing means 5, 6 are for fixing two wooden bricks 4, 4 in the case of the embodiment inside each hook part 2, 3, and each has a wooden screw-like stopper 11 and two pieces each through which it passes. It consists of a small hole 12. In this case, the stop 11
A countersunk fir 13 for sinking the head may be provided. As the fixing means 5 and 6, nail-shaped fasteners formed integrally with a predetermined portion of the main body 1 can be adopted. The engaging portion 7 is provided between the above-mentioned fixing means 5 and 6, with a concave cutout in the illustrated example. The notch-shaped engaging portion 7 may be oriented in the opposite direction to the hook portions 2 and 3 as shown in FIG. 1, or in the same direction as shown in FIG. 2, but it is more difficult to disengage in the opposite direction. The depth should be at least half the width of the main body to prevent contact in a crossed state. The same goes for making the recess 9 deeper than the length of the protrusion 8.

The wooden bricks 4 can be made of the same materials as those conventionally used, such as a material commonly known as Japanese pine, and the size, shape, number, etc. of the wooden bricks 4 can be arbitrary. For example, when two wooden bricks 4 of the same size and shape are used as shown in FIG. 2, FIG. 3 shows an example of using bricks 14, 14 each having a pattern of grooves 15 on their surfaces. shows. Furthermore, the example in FIG. 4 shows an example in which large bricks 4, small bricks 24, and elongated bricks 34 are combined. Of course, when using wooden bricks 4, 24, 34 of different sizes as illustrated in FIG. 4, the positions of the fixing means 5, 6 and the engaging portion 7 can be changed accordingly. The main body 1 is made of such wooden bricks 4, 14, 24, 3
If the wooden bricks 4 are fixed at approximately the midpoint in the thickness (height) direction of the wood bricks 4, and if there is no difference between the front and back sides of the wood bricks 4, it is possible to install them with a combination of one type of unit U.

Wooden bricks 4, 14, 24, staggered on main body 1.
34 is fixed to form a unit U that can be handled as one unit, and a combination of two units U forms the smallest installation unit W. Each set of bricks 4, 4, . In reality, the spacing takes into account the expansion and contraction of the wooden blocks 4 in addition to the material thickness, but this can be determined arbitrarily.

(Operations and effects of the invention) The connector of the invention constructed as described above has wooden bricks 4, 4, 14, 14 on both sides as described above.
4 and 24 are fixed at intermediate positions by fixing means 5 and 6. Each unit U consists of two types, one with the main body 1 facing downward as shown in FIG. 1, and the other with the main body 1 facing upward as shown in FIG.
Construction can be carried out by laying 1 on the floor in an intersecting arrangement. As mentioned above, if the wooden bricks 4 have no difference between the front and back sides, a combination of one type of unit U is sufficient. Since the main body 1 is laid while engaging the hooks 2 and 3 at its ends, the wooden bricks 4 to 34 are fixed to each other via the main body and do not move individually. Moreover, since the main body 1 is located at an intermediate position between the bricks 4, there is a space for water to flow underneath, and the probability of damage to the wood is reduced.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the wooden bricks 4 are fixed to the floor surface without using mortar or asphalt, so there is no risk of them coming loose even when affected by seasonal changes, etc., and the main body 1 is Remarkable practical effects can be expected, such as being able to intervene in the joints to perform orderly construction, maintain the construction state for a long period of time, and make construction extremely easy.
