【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] (1)内部に被滅菌物を収納した状態で密閉自在な内筒
の周囲を外筒で囲み、この外筒の内面と内筒の外面との
間に第一の蒸気ジャケットを設けた滅菌容器と、内側タ
ンクの周囲を外側タンクで囲み、この外側タンクの内面
と内側タンクの外面との間を第二の蒸気ジャケットとし
た処理タンクと、上記内筒の底面に一端を接続し、他端
を上記内側タンクに接続した排出管と、この排出管の途
中に設けた仕切弁と、上記内筒内に高温高圧の水蒸気を
供給自在な、第一の給蒸手段と、上記第一の蒸気ジャケ
ット内に高温高圧の水蒸気を供給自在な第二の給蒸手段
と、上記第二の蒸気ジャケット内に高温高圧の水蒸気を
供給自在な、第三の給蒸手段と、上記内側タンク内に滅
菌流体を供給自在な、滅菌流体供給手段と、上記内側タ
ンクの底部にその一端を接続した排液管と、この排液管
の途中に設けた排液弁と、上記内側タンクの上部にその
一端を接続した排気管と、この排気管の途中に設けた排
気弁及び除菌フィルタとから成る蒸気滅菌装置。

筒及び外筒と、処理タンクを構成する内側タンク及び外
側タンクとを加温した後、第一の給蒸手段を通じて上記
内筒内に高温高圧の水蒸気を、滅菌流体供給手段を通じ
て上記内側タンク内に滅菌流体を、それぞれ送り込んで
、内筒及び内側タンク内を滅菌処理し、次いで、それ迄
閉じていた仕切弁を開放する事により、上記内筒の底部
に溜ったドレンを上記内側タンクに移して、この内側タ
ンク内で所定時間放置し、その後、それ迄閉じていた排
気弁を開放する事により、上記内側タンク内の蒸気を排
気管を通じて排出すると共に、それ迄閉じていた排液弁
を開放する事により、上記内側タンク内の液体を排液管
を通じて排出する、蒸気滅菌装置の運転方法。
