Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the structure and enhance the workability by supporting both ends of the roller shaft of a guide roller by bearing units, providing side rollers on both the ends thereof in a position higher than the guide roller diameter to regulate the transverse displacement of a rope. CONSTITUTION:A guide roller 7 formed of an elastic body such as urethane rubber is fixed to a roller shaft 6, and both ends of the roller shaft 6 are supported by bearing units 8 so as to be rotatable. The bearing units 8 are fixed to a support plate 9 by bolts, and the support plate 9 is fixed to a mounting bracket 12 by bolts 10 and nuts 11. Further, side rollers 13 formed of an elastic body such as urethane rubber are disposed in positions slightly higher than the roller diameter of the guide roller 7 and with a space broader than the whole width of a main rope. The side rollers 13 are rotatably mounted by shafts 14, and the shafts 14 are fixed to the support plate 9 by welding and the like. On both the ends of the support plate 9, protective plates 15 having inclined surfaces are provided.

The conventional rope guide device is Utility Model Application No. 57-126479.
As described in the above publication, the structure of the guide roller for regulating the vertical sagging of the 50-pin is either embedded in a bearing roller for one revolution, or has no bearing. Furthermore, when the rope is displaced in the lateral direction, the support plates at both ends that support the roller shaft are made higher than the roller diameter, so the lateral displacement of the rope is regulated by these support plates.

In the above-mentioned conventional technology, the guide roller and the roller shaft are configured to be rotatable by bearings embedded in the guide roller, so the structure of the guide roller becomes complicated and the assembly workability is not good. In addition, if the guide roller and roller shaft are configured to be rotatable between the guide roller and the roller shaft with an idle hole without using a bearing, the guide roller may become difficult to rotate due to dirt etc. There was a problem with vibration and noise caused by the movement.

On the other hand, when a rope undergoes lateral displacement while traveling, conventionally the rope is regulated by applying it to a support plate. However, there was a problem in that the steel support plate and the rope slid against each other, causing vibrations and squeaks, and the rope was worn out.

According to this embodiment, a guide roller such as an elastic body is attached to the roller shaft by adhesive or the like, and the end of the roller shaft is supported by a bearing unit, so that the structure is simple and the workability is improved. In addition, since the lateral displacement of the rope can be controlled by the rotation of the side rollers, it is extremely effective in reducing vibration and noise and preventing wear on the rope.6 Furthermore, since a protective plate 15 is provided, even if the rope comes off, It has a restoring effect.
