【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]

〈産業上の利用分野〉 本発明はメイクアツプ化粧料であるリツプステ
イツク、詳しくは二色の異なるベースからなるリ
ツプステイツクに関する。 〈従来の技術〉 長い間リツプステイツクは、1本のリツプステ
イツクで1色のみのベースであつた。よつて消費
者は、何本ものリツプステイツクを持ち歩いてい
た。しかし最近、リツプステイツク成形時、異な
る色調のベースを時間をずらして充填成形するこ
とにより、1本のリツプステイツクに二色を配合
することが可能になつた。そしてリツプステイツ
ク本体がその頂部から軸線に沿つて分割された柱
状の二色の異なるベースによつて構成されている
リツプステイツクがある。 さらに実公昭37−17600号公報には、上記二色
リツプステイツクの一部に互いに嵌号する凹凸部
を有しその嵌合の状態が外観上ベース境界線とし
て視認できるリツプステイツクが紹介されてい
る。 〈解決しようとする問題点〉 しかし従来のリツプステイツクでは、異なる色
調のベースの接合面が平滑であることと、各ベー
スの収縮率、調和性、表面(界面)状態の差等に
よつてベースの接合面に物理的脆弱性が発生し、
製品としての強度、安定性を損なうという欠点が
あつた。具体的には接合面が平滑であるために、
接合面と平行な向きの応力に極めて弱い、容易に
両ベース間の″ずれ″が起こるという欠点がある。 一方実公昭37−17600号公報に紹介されている
リツプステイツクは垂直的な接合面において接合
し、その一部に互いに嵌合する凹凸面を形成して
なるものである。しかし該リツプステイツクの互
いに嵌合する凹凸部は半径が小さいため製造上も
不便であり、さらに両ベース間の″ずれ″が起こり
やすいという欠点は満足の行くほど改善されてい
ない。しかも落下などのシヨツクに対して脆く凹
凸部でベースが破損する欠点があつた。 〈問題点を解決するための手段〉 本考案者らはこのような問題点に鑑みて鋭意研
究を重ねた結果、本考案を完成するに至つた。即
ち頂部から軸線に沿つて分割された柱状の異なる
二色のベースによつて構成されその接合面の境界
線が緩やかな波線状のベース境界線として現れる
リツプステイツクにおいてこれらのベース接合面
はリツプステイツクの軸線に沿つて緩やかな波面
のみにより構成されており、かつ該接合面には互
いに嵌合しあう波状の凹凸面を有し、波線及び波
面の半径は同一でしかもリツプステイツクの半径
とほぼ一致することを特徴とするリツプステイツ
クである。本考案においては二つのベースの接合
面は波面のみにより構成されており、垂直的な接
合面はない。このような構成を採用することによ
り応力が多方向に分散されるため折れ、ずれに対
し安定性の強化を計ることができる。また、垂直
な面に対し接合表面積が大きくなるため上記効果
にさらに大きな影響を与える。波面の半径はリツ
プステイツクの半径とほぼ同一である。この考案
においてほぼ同一とは80〜120%の範囲をいう。
80%以下では安定性は強化できるが落下などのシ
ヨツクに脆く好ましくない。120%以上では嵌合
部が浅くしかも接合面積を大きくできないので好
ましくない。 次に本考案を実施例により詳しく説明するが本
考案はこれに限定するものではない。 〈実施例〉 実施例 1 第1図〜第4図に示すように、リツプステイツ
クは、その頂部から軸線に沿つて分割された柱状
の異なる二色のベースによつて構成されている。
これらベースの接合面はリツプステイツクの軸線
に沿つて緩やかな波状のみの曲線を形成してお
り、かつ該接合面は全体に緩やかな波状の互いに
嵌合しあう凹凸面を有している。波面の半径がリ
ツプステイツクの半径と一致する。また、接合面
の境界線は緩やかな波線状のベース境界線として
現れる。 〈発明の効果〉 本考案のリツプステイツクは、外からの応力に
よるズレ、折れに対し安定性の強化を計ることが
できる。以下に実験例により効果を示す。 (実験例) 第5,6図に示すようにリツプステ
イツクベース基部を固定して一定位置に保持し、
接合面のずれ時応力を見る。本考案の試料は実施
例1と波面の半径を85%及び115%にしたもので
ある。尚比較例として第7〜第10図に示すよう
な垂直的な接合面において接合し、その一部に互
いに嵌合する凹凸部を有しているリツプステイツ
クで行つた。 (実験結果) 接合面と平行方向に接合する2面
の片側のみに力を加えた場合、表1に示すように
比較品に比して本考案によるリツプステイツクの
方が強度の優秀性は明かである。そして本発明に
よるリツプステイツクではリツプステイツク全体
の折れが起こるまで“ずれ”は生じない。
