[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] This invention relates to the mounting structure of the tiller claw attached to the tiller shaft.It is lightweight, has high mounting strength, can be manufactured at low cost with less man-hours, and is easy to use. This invention relates to a mounting structure for tilling claws with less winding.

[Description of the Prior Art and Problems Therein] It is desirable that the tiller claw has a high mounting strength, is lightweight and can be manufactured at low cost, and has little curling when used. However, since the tilling claws are required to have great mounting strength, for example, a mounting part is formed by meeting the holder provided on the tilling shaft side and this mounting part is welded to the tilling claws, or a suitable mounting strength is required. In order to obtain it, multiple materials were combined.

In addition, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-194601, in order to satisfy the above requirements, the tilling claw that can be rotated forward and backward is made into a U-shape, and the bottom and both end surfaces of this U-shape are used as the tilling blade. In addition, a pair (two) of mounting portions are provided at both upper ends, and this pair of mounting portions enables firm mounting.

However, these conventional methods that require a welding process or combine multiple materials result in an increase in the number of man-hours or the number of materials used, making it difficult to manufacture lightweight and inexpensively. Moreover, since the structure shown in the above-mentioned Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-194601 has a structure in which the above-mentioned pair of attachment parts are directly bolted to the holder side, this problem occurs together with the winding phenomenon of the inner part of the above-mentioned U-shaped part. There was a high possibility that the tightening bolt would act and increase the winding.

[Technical means for solving the problems] This invention solves the problems of the above-mentioned conventional technology at once, and has sufficient mounting strength, can be manufactured lightweight and inexpensively with less man-hours, and can be manufactured without winding when used. This was created with the aim of providing a mounting structure for fewer tilling claws, and its features include a tilling claw in which the mounting surface in the claw length direction is offset from the claw body, and a structure in which the mounting surface is a holder comprising an opposing first receiving surface and a second receiving surface facing the claw body and provided on both sides of the first receiving surface offset from the first receiving surface;
The first receiving surface of the holder is aligned with the mounting surface of the tilling claw and the two are fastened together.

[Function] The mounting surface of the tilling claw is offset from the reference plane of the claw body, that is, it has a concave or convex surface in its cross section, and this concave or convex surface is in contact with the reference plane of the claw body. It is in a misaligned state. On the other hand, on the holder side, a first receiving surface facing the concave or convex mounting surface and a second receiving surface facing the reference surface of the claw body are provided offset to both sides of the first receiving surface. Therefore, if the mounting surface of the tilling claw and the first receiving surface on the holder side are opposed to each other, and the reference surface of the tilling claw and the second receiving surface on the holder side are opposed and bolted together, the two can be firmly connected. .

Further, the offset surfaces of such tilling claws and holders can be easily worked, for example, by press forming a thin plate. If the offset surfaces of the tilling claw and holder formed in this way are overlapped with each other, a recess is created on the front or back surface, and when the nut part for fastening the bolt is attached to this recess, this nut will be inserted into the recess. It can be stored in a structure with less winding.

The double-edged claw 1 has tilling claws 3, 3 on both ends in the vertical direction, and has a press-formed concave groove 5 that is long in the vertical direction and has a concave cross section approximately in the center thereof. A bolt hole 7 for bolting to a holder to be described later is provided at the center line of the recessed groove 5, and reinforcing ribs 9, 9 are provided at appropriate locations on the outer periphery of the recess.

As can be understood from the embodiments shown in FIGS. 1 to 5, the attachment part of the double-edged claw 1 can be made of a thin plate and can be made strong by forming appropriate ribs 9, 9. Moreover, press molding allows the production of inexpensive tiller claws with fewer man-hours. Note that the press-formed product itself has a rounded press part, which has the effect of reducing the wrapping phenomenon, but as shown in Figures 4 and 5, by housing the nut in the recess, the wrapping phenomenon can be further reduced. It can be reduced.
