Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure a gap between the wall surface of a cut hole and the outer peripheral surface of a sheath so as to enable hardening material to go in around the whole periphery of the sheath to make the fixing of the sheath positive by fitting coils, provided with elasticity in the longitudinal direction of the sheath, to the outer periphery of the sheath with tensile material enclosed therein, and restoring the coils inside the cut hole. CONSTITUTION:A sheath 2 with tensile material 3 enclosed therein is fitted into an anchor 1. Plural coils 4 are fitted at spaces apart onto the outer periphery of the sheath 2. One end of each coil 4 is fixed by a fixing pad 5, and the other end is fitted by a temporary fixing stopper 6. The coil 4 is then contracted to be made small in diameter and set to be along the outer periphery of the sheath 2. The anchor 1 is inserted into a cut hole 10, and the stopper 6 is removed to restore the coil 4. A gap is thereby created between the sheath 2 and the wall surface of the cut hole 10, so that hardening material goes in around the whole periphery of the sheath 2 to make the fixing of the sheath 2 positive.

(Prior art) To fix a permanent anchor in a borehole, the anchor is placed in the borehole, and then a grout hardening material is injected into the borehole to adhere to the sheath of the anchor. If the core rots in the drilled hole due to its own weight, there will be no gap between the outer circumferential surface of the sheath and the drilled hole wall, and the hardening material will not be able to circulate between the two, and the adhesion force in this area will be reduced. It will drop. (FIG. 9) In order to solve such problems, an invention as shown in FIG. 10 has been developed. That is, an elastically deformable leaf spring-like overhang made of IR is attached to the outer periphery of the sheath a at an appropriate distance in the circumferential direction, and the anchor is cut so that the overhang is protruded into the drilled hole C. It is to be located at the center of hole C.

(Problem M to be solved by this invention) However, when placing the anchor in the casing and placing it in the drilled hole, this overhang material may be plastically deformed, or the elasticity of the leaf spring-like overhang material is weak, and the anchor In some cases, the product did not return to its original state due to its own weight.

The plurality of coils are arranged at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the sheath, and one end is fixed to the outer periphery of the sheath. Contract this coil along the outer circumferential surface of the sheath to reduce its diameter. Hook the free end of the coil and temporarily secure it in the contracted state. In this state, place it in the borehole and remove it from the ground surface. Release the temporary fixing of the coil. The coil returns to its original state, its diameter increases, and a gap is secured between the borehole wall surface and the sheath outer peripheral surface.

The device used for this method is to fix a temporary stopper to the free end of the coil, hook this temporary stopper to a fixed pull-out member that can be pulled out, and to use an operating condition along the sheath of the fixed pull-out member. The fixed pull-out material is removed by pulling the control line on the ground, the temporary fixing of the coil is removed, and the coil returns to its original state.

In the above state, the anchor 1 is housed in the casing of the hole drilling machine and inserted into the hole 10. After pulling out the casing, the fixed pull-out member 8 is pulled out from the bracket 7 by pulling the operating rod 9, the temporary stopper 6 comes out from the bracket 7, and the coil 4 returns to its original state. The diameter of the coil 4 increases, the sheath 2 is separated from the wall surface of the drilled hole 10, and the sheath 2 is positioned at the center of the drilled hole 10. In this manner, the coil 4 ensures a desired gap between the outer peripheral surface of the sheath 2 and the wall surface of the drilled hole 10.

FIGS. 7 and 8 show another embodiment in which a U-shaped insert 11 is fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the sheath 2 by a belt 12 so as to be pressed against it. The belt 12 and the insert 11 are bonded together with an adhesive 13. The temporary stopper 6 is also U-shaped, and the temporary stopper 6 and the insert 1
A flat plate-shaped fixing pull-out material 8 is inserted into the filler 4 to fix the fill 4 in an expanded state. When the operating rod 9 is pulled, the fixation of the temporary stopper 6 is released and the coil 4 returns to its original state.
