According to the above-mentioned known technology, since the magnetic beads are housed and protected within the plug lid, the magnetic beads are less likely to be damaged, and are effective against both normal mode noise and common mode noise. However, since the magnetic beads are attached directly to the bare insertion blade, some consideration must be given to electrical insulation, and the number of man-hours required for assembly is large. There is a problem.

In order to achieve the above object, the power cord connector for noise removal of the present invention constitutes a cylindrical noise filter using a ferrite core, and the cylindrical noise filter has two openings at one end and two openings at the other end. The end is shaped to have one opening that communicates with the two openings, and the ends of two covered electric wires are inserted into the one opening, and each of the two electric wires is connected to the two openings. The filter is pulled out from the opening, the coating on each tip is removed, the terminal fittings are connected, and at least a portion of the filter and the terminal fittings are buried, and a connector is molded from synthetic resin.

As detailed above, when the present invention is applied, (a) the noise filter made of ferrite cores is embedded in the synthetic resin, so there is no risk of damage, and (b) two-core wires are connected together. There is a part that is inserted into the hole of the ferrite core, so it is common mode.
It is effective in preventing noise, and since there are places where each of the two-core electric wires is inserted through a hole in the ferrite core, it is also effective in removing normal mode noise. Since the structure is such that it is inserted through the hole in the core, the insulation between the wires will not be adversely affected without taking any special measures. Since it is a buried and molded structure, it is suitable for mass production, and has excellent productivity and has excellent practical effects in that quality uniformity is guaranteed.
