Many mites live and breed in places with high humidity and temperature.

推論されている。Epidemiological studies have shown that these indoor mites are the cause of allergic diseases such as bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, and biting dermatitis, even though they do not actually bite. It is also often seen that it causes psychological allergic itching or mite neurosis. In particular, the relationship between allergic disease patients and mites attached to bedding is as shown in a study by Nishinomiya City, where removing mites from bedding with a vacuum cleaner reduces the number of attacks in bronchial asthma patients. It has been suggested that there is a relationship between mites in bedding and allergic diseases.

The method of drying the bedding in the sun takes advantage of the fact that the bedding will die when exposed to a certain amount of heat (Japanese Patent Publication No. 2-22793), the control method using a futon dryer (Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2-39840), or the method of using a vacuum cleaner. There are two methods: using a vacuum cleaner to remove dust mites from bedding using suction power, and using a sheet material made by impregnating paper or resin with various acaricides as a bottom paper for the closet. However, sufficient control results may not be obtained or it is time-consuming.

ことになる。Another method for controlling pests is washing bedding and the like. In this case, thin sheets can be washed in a household washing machine.
More than 0% of mites are washed away. This is not the effect of detergent, but simply the effect of removing the mites between the fibers with a stream of water. With blankets, etc., ordinary household washing machines cannot pass enough water between the fibers, and the mites are exterminated. As such, the only effect that can be expected is to inhibit proliferation by removing substances that can be used as food. In particular, bedding such as blankets, futons, and pine tresses that cannot be washed by pressing cannot be washed easily and must be washed by a specialized company.

If you spread the washed items on the floor, the mites on the floor will migrate, and when you use them, a large number of mites will breed and attach to them, so care must be taken when storing them. On the other hand, for sheets that cover the surface of bedding, special sheets with almost no fiber gaps compared to sheets using conventional fibers are being developed by weaving ultra-fine polyester fibers at high density. It is known to reduce the passage of mites and mite antigens (
Allergy Clinical 6.732 (1989)).

または予防する糊料、つまり防ダニ糊料を発明した。<Problems to be solved by the invention> However, among the methods of exterminating mites found in the various types of bedding mentioned above, using a vacuum cleaner not only requires labor to perform continuously, but also damages the bedding itself. Simply drying bedding in the sun only lowers the humidity inside the futon, but hardly eliminates the pests; using a futon dryer requires the purchase of an expensive machine, requires sufficient time for treatment, and kills various types of pests. However, as mentioned above, there is no simple and effective way to exterminate existing bedding, and people who are troubled by mites, including those with allergic diseases, are starting to use bedding. As a result of intensive research aimed at controlling certain mites, we have decided to add a chemical to control indoor mites to the clothing glue that is attached to the exterior of bedding, especially duvet covers or sheets. Therefore, he invented a mite-proofing paste that exterminates, suppresses, or prevents the proliferation of mites in bedding.

Insecticides are particularly useful because they can simultaneously control chatter beetles and wasps that prefer the same environment as mites, and the same goes for fungicides and fungicides, which suppress the proliferation of various molds, bacteria, actinomycetes, etc. It is useful in terms of hygiene and suppressing the occurrence of bad odors.

It's fine as long as it's something you can get. For example, gluing gives fibers appropriate hardness, texture, and elasticity; making fibers glossy and slippery, making them more comfortable to the touch; making clothes easier to iron and helping them retain their shape.
It is sufficient that it has the effect that conventional glues have, such as preventing dirt from penetrating directly into the fibers and removing dirt caused by the glue attached to the fibers being washed away when the fibers are washed next. Thickening agents include carboxymethyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, various starches (for example, natural starch made from rice, wheat, or corn, partially oxidized starch obtained by oxidizing a portion of the natural starch, etherified starch, pregelatinized starch, esterified starch, hydroxylated starch, etc.), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, α-olefin-
Examples include non-fomaleic acid copolymers, emulsions of polyvinyl acetate or polyvinyl propionate, other acrylic polymers, gums, etc. At the same time, various additives to the paste such as alcohols, glycols, and urea. , sodium benzoate and polyvalent metal salts such as aluminum hydroxide, barium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, sodium sulfate, etc., dibutyl phthalate, silicone, paraffin oil are also added. Even in the highly hydrophobic drugs for controlling indoor mites, various surfactants such as cationic surfactants, anionic surfactants, nonionic surfactants, and amphoteric surfactants can be mixed. The paste is evenly dispersed in the paste.

。The properties of the anti-mite paste in the present invention are liquid, paste,
It can be either semi-solid or solid; liquid pastes include liquid pastes or aerosol pastes; solids include powder, granular, and granular pastes; pasty or semi-solid pastes include tubes. , semi-solid glue (for example, stick-like). In particular, in the case of a solid, it is preferable to add an appropriate amount of a dispersant to the anti-mite paste, for example, 10 parts by weight or more per 100 parts by weight of etherified starch, in order to dissolve and uniformly disperse it in water when pasting. . Furthermore, by adding a smoothing agent to the dust mite-proofing paste, the dust-mite-proofing paste is uniformly dispersed in sheets, duvet covers, etc., and the texture of the fibers is improved. When water is used as a solvent in an aerosol type paste, it is preferable to add a rust preventive agent or sodium benzoate to suppress metal corrosion of the aerosol can.

Because the fibers do not easily fall off, there is little change in bending strength, and the texture is less likely to be damaged, and the fibers are clogged, preventing indoor mites from passing through, physically preventing indoor mites from entering bedding, etc. In addition, various anti-mite agents can be used to exterminate indoor mites inside the bedding and chemically prevent indoor mites from entering the bedding outside the bedding.

。When treating sheets, duvet covers, etc. with anti-mite paste at home, water is an example of a solvent for the anti-mite paste, and the fabric that needs to be treated is dipped in the anti-mite paste solution and wrung out. After that, a necessary and sufficient amount of the material is applied to the fabric, and the fabric is dried and treated. Furthermore, even if the anti-mite paste is applied, tiny pores remain that make it difficult for mites and the antigens of mite-related allergies to pass through, and moisture from body fluids such as sweat contained in bedding cannot easily evaporate and pass through. There is no problem with the breathability of bedding shortened with anti-mite glue.
