[実施例] 第1図は本考案の防塵ドアの一実施例を示す分
解斜視図であつて、防塵ドア1は前面板2の上部
両端にエスカツシヨンと係合し、ドアが開閉する
際の回動軸として機能する軸杆が戻しバネ等と共
に設けられまた、中央部には矩形の窓部3が穿設
され、さらに下方の板材を弯曲させたカール部4
を曲成し、また該前面板2の後方に透光性のアク
リル樹脂等で成形された導光体5が配設される。
そしてこの導光体5には上記窓部3の内側から前
面板2の前方に突出する腕部を有する略円弧形状
の突起6が一体的に突設される。この突起6は導
光体5に図示のようにコ字形状の別部材を取付け
てもよく、また第2図aに示すように導光体5a
を成形する際に一体成形で突起6aを設けてもよ
く、あるいは同図bに示す略円弧形状を呈するピ
ース6bを別に取り付けた導光体5bでもよい。
そして導光体5の後方にアルミニウム等の金属を
板状に加工した反射板7が順次配設され、上記前
面板2および導光体5と一体化される。第3図は
この防塵ドア1の中央部縦断面図であり、第4図
a,bはカセツトテープを水平に位置させた状態
を示す正面図および側面図である。図に示すよう
に、水平状態においては突起6がハーフHの面と
当接しており、他のドア部分1とハーフHは接し
ていない。因みにプレイ状態から排出時に至る為
にテープが上方に移動すると、ハーフ面に当接し
ているドアの角度が小さくなり、突起がハーフ面
に当たるようになつてカール部はハーフ面から離
される。
