This body excreta disposal device is formed from a cherry bark member and a bag or cap attached to one side of the cherry bark member, and is fixed to an opening in the body with an adhesive provided on the other side of the cherry bark member. The structure is such that the waste is stored in a bag-like material or temporarily stored in a cap through the opening of the cherry bark member. Note that there are two methods for joining the bag or cap to the cherry bark member: a one-piece type in which the bag is fixed around the opening of the cherry bark member and the two are integrated; A second fitting structure is provided around the opening of the cherry bark member, and a second fitting structure that fits liquid-tightly with the first fitting structure is provided around the opening of the cherry bark member. There is a two-piece type in which an object or a cap can be attached and detached via a fitting structure.

Typical features of this base material include the ability to apply adhesive with a regular applicator, the ability to easily adhere to other items such as bags and mating structures, and the operational aspects. It is easy to apply and adapts well to the unevenness of the skin, it follows the movement of the skin well during use, it does not cause discomfort, and it does not get stuffy due to sweating.

条件が望ましい。To further elaborate on these points, in terms of manufacturing, the substrate is difficult to stretch under the tension applied when using normal adhesive application equipment, and other materials such as bags or mating structures In terms of operation, when the release paper that protects the adhesive layer is removed from the cherry bark material, the cherry bark material has elasticity and maintains its shape, and the adhesive surfaces do not touch each other until it is pasted on the opening. It does not adhere or deform, and even if the skin around the opening is uneven, it blends well without wrinkles, and during use, it follows the expansion and contraction of the skin.
It is necessary that it does not twitch, nor does it lift or crease when bent. To achieve this, it must be thin with a low modulus, and have the strength to withstand a certain amount of load in the relatively small range of initial elongation, and beyond that, it must have a modulus that is easy to elongate and has a small load, and with the exception of release paper. It is desirable that the material has enough elasticity to prevent it from curling or deforming, and that it can be heat-welded to other materials.

点がある。The base materials for conventional cherry bark members can be roughly divided into three types: nonwoven fabric type, film type, and foam type. Non-woven fabric type is made of non-woven fabric made of rayon, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester, nylon, urethane, or a mixture thereof, and has good breathability and water vapor permeability, and does not hinder skin breathing even when applied to the body. , which has the advantage of not suppressing sweating.

In addition, polyolefin-based materials are generally used for bag-like objects and fitting structures due to their economic efficiency, gas barrier and water-tightness, feel in contact with the skin, and ease of disposal after use, so polyethylene, polypropylene, Nonwoven fabrics other than the above have disadvantages such as weak adhesion and the need to use means for reinforcing adhesion between the base material and the bag-like object or fitting structure.

It has almost no breathability, feels very uncomfortable when applied, and easily peels off due to sweating, causing rashes because the skin does not breathe properly. On the other hand, urethane films are usually used with a thickness of about 20 to 100 μm.
It has the advantage of being highly elastic and able to sufficiently follow body movements. However, because the modulus during stretching is high, the stress of constantly trying to shrink when stretched is applied to the skin, which causes a sense of discomfort. Also, the film has no stiffness at all, and when the release paper on the adhesive is removed when applying it. It is difficult to apply because the adhesive surfaces are bent or bent, and wrinkles often occur. As a result,
・It also has the disadvantage of causing a foreign body sensation due to the wrinkles of the fruit and leakage from the wrinkles. Furthermore, urethane film has better air permeability and water vapor permeability than other films, with a rate of 200 g/m/
Although it exhibits relative physical properties before heating at 24 h/40°C and 80% relative humidity, it is much worse than nonwoven fabrics and causes peeling when there is a lot of sweating, such as during sports or in the summer.

The base material is a foam made of polyvinyl chloride, polyvinyl acetate, polyurethane, or a copolymer thereof. These foams usually have a thickness of about 0.5 to 2.0 mm, and have elasticity and some stretchability, so they can cover the drawbacks of the urethane films mentioned above, but they do not have liquid tightness. In order to retain the material, the foam is made of closed cells and lacks air permeability.

ることにある。The purpose of the present invention is to have elasticity in multiple directions, a modulus that does not stretch under a load similar to the tension applied when adhesively processing the base material of a cherry bark member, and a release paper. The cherry bark material does not curl until it is pasted on an opening of the human body.It has a value that can maintain a firm waist without sagging, and when it is pasted on an opening, the load changes according to the movement of the human body. Even if it stretches, the modulus does not increase that much, it is thin, has good breathability and operability, does not wrinkle or lift during use, does not feel uncomfortable, and is suitable for pouches and fittings that are combined with cherry bark members. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cherry bark member that can be directly fixed to a composite structure by heat welding.

。The vinyl acetate copolymer used in the present invention is a copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate, but its physical properties can be changed by changing the molecular weight of ethylene or the content of vinyl acetate. As the vinyl acetate content increases, flexibility increases, but heat weldability deteriorates. Therefore, the content ratio of ethylene and vinyl acetate is 90:10.
The ratio is preferably in the range of 40:60. In addition, polybutene, DOP, DBP, liquid rhodisoester, etc. containing 50% or less of polybutene, DOP, DBP, liquid rhodisoester, It is also possible to add plasticizers and softeners such as low molecular weight styrene resins and chlorinated paraffins. As a method for producing the nonwoven fabric, it is particularly advantageous to use a direct spinning method in which the above-mentioned copolymer is melted and spun into a sheet through a nozzle while at the same time forming a sheet, and in particular, a melt blowing method is used.

The adhesive has a stretching property that elongates little up to a certain level of load, and elongates even with a slight increase in load beyond that limit load. When worn, it does not curl or sag even if the release paper is removed, it follows the movements of the body well during use, does not cause any discomfort such as tightening on the skin even when stretched out, and is breathable. It prevents stuffiness due to its elasticity and moisture permeability, and its melting point of 70°C to 120''C allows it to be directly bonded by heat welding to thermoplastic moldings that form bag-like objects, fitting structures, etc.

It can be applied, follows the stretching and sliding of the skin during application, and has a small back stretch, so there is no discomfort, and because it has a waist, it does not curl or sag even when the release paper is removed during application. There are no mistakes when applying the adhesive, and there is little elongation even with the tension applied during the process of applying the adhesive to the base material, so the adhesive process is extremely easy, and ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer is required when applying the adhesive. Since it is not affected by solvents, there is no need to use special processing techniques such as spraying after complete drying, and it can be successfully heat-welded to thermoplastic moldings that are bonded to cherry bark components. In terms of air permeability and moisture permeability as a non-woven fabric, it is possible to obtain properties that are comparable to conventional ones.
