- As shown in Publication No. 14161, an elastomer sheath is installed between the bottom surface of the concrete sleeper inserted into the recess arranged in the track bed, the end surface in the longitudinal direction of the rail, the side surface in the right angle direction of the rail, and the recess in the track. Sleepers have been proposed that are provided with vibration-proof properties through interposition.

There are drawbacks that can cause problems over time.

When the elastomer on the side and end surfaces of the sleeper deforms as the sleeper surface comes into close contact with the circumferential surface of the track bed recess, vertical deformation is inhibited by the shear resistance of the elastomer, so the elastomer slides on the circumferential surface of the track bed recess, causing the sleeper to deform. The elastomer on the side and end faces wears out and has the disadvantage of being easily ejected.

The case is anchored in the concave portion, and the elastomer fitted in the sleeper so as to partially protrude into the concave groove undergoes shearing deformation in the vertical direction and compressive deformation in the horizontal direction. .

The elastomer 3 is fitted into the concave groove 2 of the sleeper 1 so that 3b is not vertical but at an angle with the vertical line, so that when the sleeper is vertically displaced, the elastomer 3 undergoes compression deformation at the same time as shear deformation. This improves durability.

れる。(Effects of the Invention) As described above, in the anti-vibration sleeper according to the present invention, the concave grooves provided across both longitudinal end surfaces of the concrete sleeper and the side surfaces in the right angle direction of the rail,
The elastomer was fitted so that a part of it protruded from the surface of the sleeper, and cases were fitted to both end faces, sides, and bottom of the sleeper so as to cover the protruding part of the elastomer, so that the elastomer was vertically Shearing deformation occurs in the direction and compressive deformation occurs in the horizontal direction, resulting in high elasticity in the vertical direction and low elasticity in the horizontal direction, as mentioned above.
Furthermore, since the elastomer is fitted into the grooves of the sleeper, it is prevented from coming out from the side and end surfaces of the sleeper.
