As is widely known, in buildings constructed using lightweight concrete panels for flooring and wall materials, when performing interior and exterior treatments, crosspieces are nailed to the lightweight concrete panels. The structure is fixed, and groundwork is done by nailing a base plate onto the crosspiece. At this time, the nails driven into the crosspieces reach into the lightweight concrete panels, and the nails driven into the base plate penetrate through the crosspieces and reach into the lightweight concrete panels, thereby fixing each of them. Then, interior and exterior treatment is performed to attach interior and exterior materials such as decorative panels, wallpaper, cloth, floorboards, carpets, tatami mats, carpets, vinyl sheets, tiles, etc. to the surface of the base material consisting of the crosspieces and base boards. There is. In addition, interior and exterior treatments may be applied directly to wall and floor surfaces without performing the above-mentioned surface treatment on the walls and floors. By the way, since lightweight concrete panels have the characteristics of poor elasticity and brittleness, it is possible to fix base materials and interior and exterior materials to lightweight concrete panels using simple cylindrical nails. This causes a problem in that the nail that has been driven in is easily pulled out.

In this type of nail, the lower end of a short stay with a stopper at the upper end is connected to the lower end of a long nail body with a pointed lower end via a connecting piece. A notch is formed in the This nail is mainly driven into objects such as tatami mats and cork, and after driving, the nail body bends at a nearly right angle with the notch as the boundary.
This is to prevent easy removal.

However, since the nail disclosed in the above publication has a notch formed in the nail body, the notch requires machining, which increases the number of machining steps or complicates the machining process, resulting in deterioration of workability. This may cause problems such as. In addition, after driving, the nail body bends at a nearly right angle with the notch as the boundary, so it is easy to break due to cracks forming at the notch area when bending. I have a problem. In this case, since the nail body is driven at approximately 1/2 the length of the stay, the stay is the oblique side after driving, as shown in the same publication. This results in the formation of a right-angled isosceles triangle that expands greatly, making it suitable for use with extremely soft but not brittle materials such as tatami mats and cork, but with materials such as lightweight concrete panels. It is not necessarily suitable for use with comparatively hard and brittle implant objects.

According to the above means, the crosspiece is brought into contact with the surface of the lightweight concrete panel, and one end of the falling-off prevention nail is vertically pressed against the crosspiece. Hammer the other end of the long nail, which is the other end of the falling-off prevention nail, with a hammer, etc., and drive the falling-off prevention nail into the crosspiece and lightweight concrete panel. When the drop-off prevention nail is driven until the washer contacts the crosspiece and the collar of the short nail contacts the washer, the fall-off prevention nail will be driven perpendicularly into the crosspiece and lightweight concrete panel, but continue to drive it further. As a result, only the long nail side is driven in, and one end of the drop-off prevention nail is bent toward the short nail side. In this case, since the material of the short nail is softer than the long nail, if the long nail is bent by driving only the long nail side, the short nail will also be easily bent in the same direction. As a result, one end of the falling-off prevention nail can be easily bent greatly toward the shorter nail. In other words, for example, if the material of the short nail is harder than the long nail, the short nail will not bend and only the long nail will bend, so one end of the falling-off prevention nail will not bend significantly toward the short nail. Without,
In addition, if both nails are made of hard material, even if both nails are bent, they will not bend easily, so one end of the falling-off prevention nail will not easily bend significantly toward the short nail. According to the above, one end of the falling-off prevention nail is easily bent greatly toward the short nail side, and this large bending provides a sufficient effect of preventing falling off.

It is composed of a short nail 5 having a sharp tip 2 at one end and a collar 4 at the other end, and a washer 7 having an insertion hole 6 through which the long nail 3 and short nail 5 are inserted. The long nail 3 is a member having a tip portion 2 formed in a sharp shape at one end, and is suitably an elongated plate-like member or a rod-like member, and its length is longer than the length of the short nail 5. . The short nail 5 is a member that has a tip portion 2 formed in a sharp shape at one end and a flange portion 4 at the other end that projects on a side different from the side facing the long nail 3, and has an elongated plate shape. A member and a bar-shaped member are suitable, the length of which is shorter than the length of the long nail 3. The long nails 3 and short nails 5 are
They are connected at their respective tips 2 to form an integrated member. As a means for this connection, means such as welding and adhesive are used in the embodiment, but the long nail 3 and the short nail 5 may be integrally molded, or one member may be attached near the center. The flange portion 4 and the tip portion 2 may be formed by bending it into two pieces. The washer 7 is a plate-shaped member having an insertion hole 6 formed in the center thereof, which has a shape through which the long nail 3 and the short nail 5 are inserted. The shape of the washer 7 is not particularly limited, and may be a disc-shaped or square plate-shaped member. This falling-off prevention nail 1 is mainly used for soft and dry materials such as lightweight concrete panels A and wood, so it should be made of materials with low rigidity such as light alloys and zinc, or materials with low corrosion resistance such as iron. Good too.

Then, the other end of the long nail 3 of the falling-off prevention nail 1 is hit with a hammer or the like and driven into the crosspiece B and the lightweight concrete panel A. As shown in FIG. 2b, by striking the other end of the long nail 3, one end of the falling-off prevention nail 1 passes through the crosspiece B and advances straight into the lightweight concrete panel A. Then, the other end of the long nail 3 is continuously hammered until the washer 7 contacts the crosspiece B and the collar 4 at the other end of the short nail 5 contacts the washer 7. The long nails 3 and the short nails 5 advance straight inside the crosspiece B and the lightweight concrete panel A until the collar portion 4 abuts against the washer 7. As shown in FIG. 2c, when the other end of the long nail 3 is hit continuously from the state where the flange 4 of the short nail 5 is in contact with the washer 7, the flange 4 will catch on the washer 7. Since the short nails 5 do not advance beyond that position, and only the long nails 3 advance within the lightweight concrete panel A, the tips 2 of the falling-off prevention nails 1 are bent toward the short nails 5, and the long nails 3 The short nails 5 move in the direction of separation, and the gap C between the long nails 3 and the short nails 5 widens. By bending the tip part 2 of the falling-off prevention nail 1, even if a force is applied in the direction of pulling out the falling-off prevention nail 1, the tip part 2 is caught and does not fall off. In addition, as the gap C between the long nail 3 and the short nail 5 widens, the drop-off prevention nail 1 becomes wider toward one end, so even if a force is applied in the direction to pull out the drop-off prevention nail 1, the drop-off prevention nail 1 will fall off. There's nothing to do. Moreover, since the long nails 3 and the short nails 5 widen the gap C by pushing the inside of the lightweight concrete panel A, the fall prevention nail 1 is pushed back by the repulsive force of the lightweight concrete panel A, causing loosening and rattling. No sticking occurs. As shown in Figure 3, after attaching the crosspiece B to the lightweight concrete panel A,
A base plate D is brought into contact with the surface of the crosspiece B and attached with drop-off prevention nails 1, and interior and exterior treatments are performed using interior material E and exterior material F. As shown in Figure 4, when using fall prevention nails 1 in the floor structure of a building, each subfloor material G is laid on top of the lightweight concrete panel A and fixed with fall prevention nails 1. ,in addition,
Lay interior material E such as flooring.

The distal end portion 2 may be made easy to bend. In this way, as shown in FIG. 6a, the long nail 3 and the short nail 5 can easily bend greatly in the same direction, and the tip 2 of the falling-off prevention nail 1 can easily bend greatly. , on the other hand, long nail 3
When both the material of the short nail 5 and the short nail 5 are made of hard material, the degree of bending of the tip 2 will also be reduced because the short nail 5 will not bend significantly if driven with the same force as above, as shown in FIG. 6b. However, if the material of the short nail 5 is made harder than the short nail 3, the short nail 5 hardly bends and only the long nail 3 bends, as shown in FIG. 6c. Therefore, the tip portion 2 is hardly bent.

As is clear from the above explanation, the falling-off prevention nail of this invention bends and hooks the tip to the lightweight concrete panel, so that force is applied in the direction of pulling out the falling-off prevention nail. It will not fall off even if added. Since the material of the short nail is softer than that of the long nail, the tip of the nail to prevent falling off can be easily bent to a large extent after driving, resulting in a greater effect of preventing the nail from falling off.
Furthermore, since the long nails do not have cuts as in the conventional art, the processing effort is saved and the nails are less likely to crack or break when bent. Furthermore, since the short nail will be bent in the same direction as the long nail after driving, a large gap will not be formed between the two, and this will prevent the nail from widening within the object being driven. It is useful for lightweight concrete panels, which have the characteristics of being avoided and relatively hard and brittle.
