Abstract

PURPOSE:To distinctly judge the arrangement position of the water level indication scale and contour with the simple structure by applying a printed film having the color different from the material of a pan main body and a coating film made of fluorinated resin on the whole of the inner surface of the pan main body including the printed film. CONSTITUTION:A printed film 12 is applied on one part of one-sided surface of a flat disc-shaped member, and a coating film 13 made of transparent fluorinated resin is applied on the whole of one-sided surface of the member. This member is worked to a bottomed cylindrical form through the deep drawing press-molding so that the coating film 13 forms the inner surface. Through this working, the member is formed to a pan main body 11, and the printed film 12 is arranged on one part of the inner peripheral surface of the pan main body 11, and the whole of the inner surface of the pan main body 11 is put into the covered state with the coating film 13. Then, in the part corresponding to the printed film 12, a water level indication scale 14 projecting to the inner peripheral side of the pan main body 11 is formed by applying printing from the outer peripheral side of the pan main body 11.

A rice cooking pot is made of a material such as aluminum, which is deep-drawn and press-formed into a cylindrical shape with a bottom. The inner surface of the pot is made of a material such as aluminum to make it non-adhesive and corrosion-resistant. It is equipped with a coating film made of fluororesin, and a water level display scale placed on a part of the main surface of the pot to indicate the amount of water to be stored.

As a water level display scale, as shown in FIG. 5, a convex portion 3 is formed by stamping from the outer circumferential side on the circumferential surface of the pot main body 2, the inner surface of which is coated with a coating film 1. As shown in FIG. 6, the convex portion 3 is used as a water level display scale, and as shown in FIG. Convex part 3
, and further peel off the coating film 1 on the surface of the convex portion 3 to expose the convex portion 3 directly on the inner peripheral surface side of the pot main body 2, and use the convex portion 3 as a water level display scale, Alternatively, as shown in FIG. 7, after press-forming the pot main body 2, stamping is applied from the inner peripheral side of the pot main body 2 to form a recess 4 on the inner peripheral surface, and paint is applied inside the recess 4. After that, a coating film 1 made of transparent fluororesin is applied to the entire inner surface of the pot body 2, and a mark 3 having a color tone different from that of the material of the pot body 2 is formed with the paint in the recess 4. It is known that the water level display scale is 3.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the case shown in FIG. The color tone is no different from the overall inner surface of the pot main body 2, and therefore, it is difficult to visually distinguish the outline of the convex portion 3 (water level display scale) and its placement position. In the case shown in FIG. 6, since the convex portion 3 is exposed on the inner circumferential side of the pot main body 2, a difference occurs between the color tone of the convex portion 3 and the color tone of the inner surface of the pot main body 2 that appears through the coating film 1. This has the advantage that the location and outline of the protrusion 3 can be identified relatively clearly, but the coating film 1 must be peeled off from the portion corresponding to the protrusion 3 one by one, making the post-processing troublesome and time-consuming. Moreover, since the convex portion 3 is exposed to the outside by peeling off, there is a problem that non-adhesiveness and corrosion resistance are lost in this portion. The mark 3 in FIG. 7 has the advantage of being colored so that its placement position and outline can be clearly identified, as well as maintaining good non-adhesiveness and corrosion resistance. However, the recess 4 has a narrow area. Since the coating film 1 must be applied to the entire inner surface of the pot main body 2 after application of the paint, the entire process is complicated and the work is considerably troublesome, reducing manufacturing efficiency. There is a drawback that the cost is high.

Through this processing, the material becomes a pot main body 11, a printed film 12 is disposed on a part of the inner peripheral surface of the pot main body 11, and the entire inner surface of the pot main body 11 is covered with a coating film 13. Thereafter, in a portion corresponding to the printed film 12, a stamp is applied from the outer circumferential side of the pot main body 11 to form a water level display scale 14 that projects toward the inner surface of the pot main body 11.

In such a pot 10, the printed film 12 is attached to the pot main body 11.
Since the color tone is different from that of the material, it is possible to immediately and clearly recognize where on the inner surface of the pot main body 11 this printed film 12 is placed based on the difference in color tone. Since the water level display scale 14 is provided on the printed film 12, the position of the water level display scale 14 can be clearly determined based on the printed film 12. Since the water level display scale 14 is engraved so as to protrude from the inner surface of the pot main body 11, the outline of the water level display scale 14 can be clearly recognized and the amount of water to be stored in the pot 10 can be accurately determined without error. can be measured.
