【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本考案は、ビル排水槽等汚水槽内の汚水を攪拌
し、空気を吹込む曝気装置に関するものである。[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Application Field] The present invention relates to an aeration device that agitates wastewater in a sewage tank such as a building drainage tank and blows air into the wastewater.
従来、曝気装置として実公昭58−26079号公報
のものが知られている。この公知の曝気装置は汚
水流入口を装置の下部に設けている。そのため汚
水槽底部から汚水を流入し、槽内に吐出して、曝
気させるものであつた。

この曝気装置では汚水水面にあるスカムが浮遊
したままで処理できなかつた。考案者は、汚水面
下のある位置にドラフトチユーブの流入口を設け
て、スカムを流入し、破砕するようにしたが、水
位変動のはげしい汚水槽では、流入口の位置が水
面より離れてしまい、十分なスカムの流入及び破
砕を行えないことがあつた。

本考案は水底に設置される曝気装置であつて、
該曝気装置の攪拌翼をドラフトチユーブで覆つて
なるものにおいて、前期ドラフトチユーブの流入
側を伸縮自在に構成すると共に、流入口を水面下
のある一定位置に維持するフロートにて支持す
る。これにより水位の変動にかかわりなく、流入
口は水面下一定位置に保持され、水面上のスカム
を十分に流入させることになる。

汚水槽1の槽底2の所望位置に曝気装置3を設置
する。この曝気装置3は、水中モータ、油圧モー
タ等の原動機4と、攪拌羽根5と、ドラフトチユ
ーブ6と、空気吹込管7とフロート8より成る。
原動機4は槽底に固定されると共に、槽底には槽
底にそうようにL字形に屈曲したドラフトチユー
ブ6を一体に設ける。又ドラフトチユーブの流入
口6aはラツパ状に拡開した形状とする。このド
ラフトチユーブ内に前記原動機4にて駆動される
攪拌羽根5と、空気吹込管7を設ける。この空気
吹込管7の上端は、水位が変動しても常に大気中
に開口するようになし、しかも所要の空気量が吹
き込まれるようにした径を有するパイプであつ
て、その下端開口面を攪拌羽根5の回動によつて
液中に発生する負圧ゾーンに位置するようにな

本考案によれば、槽底に設置されたドラフトチ
ユーブ内に攪拌羽根を回動し、大気中の空気を吹

ートにより水位変動に対応して、上下移動自在と
したもので、水表面のスカムを常に十分量吸い込
み、攪拌羽根で破砕するという効果を有する。
