Abstract

PURPOSE:To apply click action to a knob operation by securing in parallel a plurality of fixed conductors serving as those of a slide switch under an insulating base with spaces therebetween. CONSTITUTION:A knob 4 is projected outward a hole 3 board in an upper plate 2 of an insulating base 1 formed in an almost U-shaped cross section. An insulative slide body 5 is movably disposed inside the recess portion of the insulating base 1. Under the slide body 5, there is provided a movable curved projecting conductor 7 projected by a spring 6. A plurality of fixed conductors 8 capable of sliding in contact across the movable projecting conductor 7 are secured in parallel under the insulating base 1 with spaces therebetween. Accordingly, a part of the movable curved projecting conductor 7 operated by the knob 4 drops with a click in the space between the fixed conductors 8 by the effect of a resilient force of the spring 6, to conduct shortcircuiting across the adjacent fixed conductors 8, thereby turning on a switch. Therefore, click action can be applied to a knob operation.

This conventional technology is a switch in which switching is performed by swinging a movable contact piece from side to side, and the ears provided at the center of both sides of the movable contact piece are half-moon-shaped or V-shaped, and the movable contact piece is placed on the switch. The movable contact piece receiver is formed of a thin elastic plate, and the left and right rising surfaces of the receiver are bent inward at an acute angle, and bent surfaces are formed in the notched portions of the left and right rising surfaces of the receiver. [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] A device for preventing falling off of a movable contact piece, which is characterized in that an inclined surface is formed on the upper part of the rising surface, and the receiving body holds the movable contact piece [Problem to be Solved by the Invention] The movable contact piece is held between conductive receivers having a square cross section to prevent the movable contact piece from coming out from the receiver. This is a slide switch that moves toward and away from a fixed contact piece by making a see-saw movement using a magnetic receptor as a fulcrum.

Therefore, there are many current paths such as the lead wire extending from one pole of the power supply → crimped terminal → conductive receiver → movable contact piece → fixed contact → swaged terminal → lead wire → load → other pole of the power supply. As a result, current flows through the contact part and the crimped terminal, and when used in a current path with a large current even at a low voltage, there is a large amount of heat generated due to Joule heat due to the contact resistance of the contact part and the crimped part of the crimped terminal, and as described above. Since many parts and caulking methods are used in the process, there are problems in that the structure is complicated, difficult to assemble, and costs are high.

"Means for Solving the Problems" The object of the invention described above is to make a knob protrude outside from a hole in the upper plate of an insulating base formed into a substantially Π-shaped cross section, and to install an insulating sliding body in a recess of the insulating base. A movable conductor protruding with a spring is disposed at the bottom of the sliding body, and a plurality of fixed conductors that slide over and in contact with the movable conductor of the parentheses are arranged in spaces below the insulating base. This is achieved by fixing them in parallel.

[Function] By providing a plurality of round pipe-shaped conductors, a plurality of conductor rods, or a plurality of vertically arranged conductive plates in parallel as the fixed conductors of the slide switch, the switch can be operated with a knob in the space between these fixed conductors. A part of the movable conductor snaps down due to the elasticity of the spring, straddles the fixed conductors on both sides, and short-circuits, turning on the switch.

Then, a part of the movable curved conductor operated by the above-mentioned knob elastically snaps into the space between the fixed conductors, giving a click action or snap action to the knob operation as a slide switch, which was previously unnecessary. The first effect is that crisp knob operation is possible without using the snap action imparting member, and controllability as a switch is improved.

In addition, by operating the knob, the movable conductor can be removed from the space above to turn off the switch, or by dropping a part of the movable conductor into the space between the other fixed conductors, single-pole, double-throw, or double-pole The second effect is that it has a wide range of applications because it functions as a double-throw changeover switch.

Furthermore, the conductive pipe, conductive rod, or conductive plate used as a fixed conductor can be integrally molded into a narrow conductive plate, that is, a bus bar, so the fixed conductor can be directly connected to other electrical components or circuit patterns via the bus bar, etc. Since it can be connected and does not require caulking or lead wires, it saves resources, dramatically improves the ease of assembly as an electrical product, and minimizes the electrical resistance and contact resistance between the circuits used. The third effect is that unnecessary heat generation and fire accidents caused by this heat generation can be prevented.
