However, when these products are used, the needle base of the outer tube cannot be fixed to the needle base of the inner tube, so when puncturing the patient's affected area with these products, the outer tube may move back against the puncture. This may make it difficult to place the inner tube in the affected area.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems by making the needle base of the inner tube freely fixable to or detachable from the needle base of the outer tube so that the inner tube can be easily placed in the affected area of the patient. Furthermore, the outer needle base has the above-mentioned fixation or detachment function, and has a shape that makes it extremely easy to remove the inner tube together with the outer tube while the inner tube is left in place in the affected area. A winged needle base having a synthetic resin tretz is provided, and the winged needle base has a symmetrically split holding part that holds the outer tube, and a symmetrically split holding part that holds the outer tube, and a winged needle base that has a symmetrically split holding part that holds the outer tube, and a winged needle base that has a symmetrically split holding part that holds the outer tube and an inner side of each tip that is folded inwardly. A lock part that can be fixed or detached is provided on the luer lock screw part of the needle base of the tube to solve the problem.

FIG. 1 is an external appearance diagram of an embodiment of the catheter assembly of the present invention. The catheter assembly having a double structure has a symmetrical tretz on the inside of an outer tube 1 made of synthetic resin with a molecular structure that can be split arbitrarily in the longitudinal axis direction, and can be assembled by folding it toward the inside. A winged needle base 2 made of synthetic resin is provided, and the winged needle base has a holding part 2a that holds the outer tube and splits symmetrically, and an inner tube 3 at each tip that is folded symmetrically inward.
A lock portion 2b that is fixed to or released from the luer lock screw portion 4c of the needle base 4 is provided, and the inner tube is formed of a synthetic resin tube containing an X-ray image contrast material, and the tip portion is shaped like a nozzle and has stems on all sides. A tapered tapered part 3b with a string or a nozzle shape having a broken flower shape and a part 3a having a tapered end part are formed, and the tapered part 3a is provided on the needle base 4 and assembled and fixed with a fixing member 5, and the lure lock is attached. Thread part 4c
The winged needle base 2 is configured such that it can be fixed to or detached from the lock portion 2b of the winged needle base 2, and can be assembled freely.

FIG. 2 is an exploded view of the outer tube 1 assembly. Figure A shows an end portion 1a of an outer tube 1 made of synthetic resin with a molecular structure that can be arbitrarily split in the longitudinal direction.
It is a diagram in which the hole 1b is symmetrically provided by dividing the hole 1b into two. Figure B shows a winged needle base 2 with a tort on the outer tube 1.
The winged needle base made of synthetic resin, which can be assembled by folding symmetrically inward, has a symmetrically split holding part 2a that holds the outer tube 1, and a symmetrically split inner part 2a that holds the outer tube 1. At the tip of each folded end, there is a joint surface that is fixed to or detached from a Luer lock threaded portion 4c (described later) of the needle base 4 of the inner tube 3. 2d is a part that is folded inward. Reference numeral 2e denotes a hole into which the protrusion 2f is fitted, and before this fitting, the hole 1b of the terminal portion 1a of the outer tube 1 is fitted into the protrusion 2f so that the inner tube has a tretz and is folded inward. This prevents the tube 1 from falling off. 2g is a hole for holding the tube 1.
Figure C is a top view of Figure B.

FIG. 3 is an external view when the outer tube 1 is assembled by passing it through the hole 2g of the holding part 2a of the winged needle base 2. The symmetrically provided holes 1b of the tube 1 are fitted into the symmetrically provided protrusions 2f of the winged needle base 2 having the tretz, and the wings of the winged needle base 2 are folded symmetrically inward. The assembly of the outer tube 1 is then assembled, and the locking portions 2b at the tips of each of the needle hubs form a pair and are attached to the inner tube 3.

As described above, according to one embodiment of the present invention, the structure of the winged needle base of the outer tube 1 as shown in the figure allows the outer tube 1 to retract by the size difference from the inner tube 3 during puncture. The problems that occur when the inner tube 3 is placed in the affected area are resolved because the assembly of the outer tube 1 and the assembly of the inner tube 3 can be firmly fixed or detached, and extremely smooth puncture and placement are possible. In addition, since the material of the outer tube 1 is limited to synthetic resin with a molecular structure that can be arbitrarily split in the longitudinal direction, the tube 1 can be moved vertically in the axial direction very easily in order to place the inner tube 3 in the affected area. It can be easily broken and removed from the affected area, and each component is configured to be assembled freely, so it has the advantage of reducing packaging space, reducing storage space, and making storage convenient. ing.
