However, since this brush wire is made of a single wire, its surface is smooth and the binder layer cannot dig into it, so the bonding force of the abrasive grains to the brush wire is insufficient, and if the deposits are strong, the abrasive grains may be stuck to the binder layer. At the same time, it has the disadvantage that it easily falls off from the brush wire. Furthermore, since the brush wire is a single wire, if the brush wire is made of a material with high rigidity so as to be able to resist strong deposits, there is a problem in that it tends to be bent or bent.

A brush has been proposed that increases the bonding force to the brush wire and also prevents bends and creases in the brush wire.

There was a problem in that it was difficult to stir up the water sufficiently.

The present invention is characterized in that a large number of brush wire rods each having abrasive grains fixed thereto via a binder layer are fixed to a rotating body.

It is attached to the surface through. The abrasive grains 2 are attached to a binder layer 3 made of the liquefied rubber, resin, or adhesive.
The brush wire 1 is passed through the brush wire 1 and adhered thereto, and then the binder layer 3 is solidified to be fixed. However, since the brush wire 1 is a stranded wire, the binder layer 3 is mixed into the space between the strands of the stranded wire. Because it enters the recess 4 that is formed,
The abrasive grains 2 are fixed to the brush wire 1 more strongly and densely than when a single wire is used. At this time, the thickness of the binder layer 3 is about 1/2 to 2/3 of the diameter of the abrasive grains 2, and as shown in FIG. be.

As shown in the figure, the flexible brush wire 1 bends due to its flexibility, moves to follow the uneven surface B, and its tip fits well into the recesses to sufficiently scrape up deposits C. In addition to the high hardness of the abrasive grains 2, which has excellent abrasive power, the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylindrical brush A causes the brush wire 1 to come into contact with the surface to be cleaned vigorously, and the hard deposits C are also strongly removed. stir up Since the deposit C scraped up in this way is smoothly scraped off by the brush wire 1,
Effective cleaning can be performed. Furthermore, since the brush wire 1 is a stranded wire, the binder layer 3 enters the recess 4 and is firmly bonded to the brush wire 1, so that the abrasive grains 2 do not easily fall off.
