Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent deviation of heat insulated floor components by providing inside a rectangular steel-plate made frame a heat insulated floor unit having an aluminum-foil coated sheet-moistureproofing layer at its outer periphery, and nutfastening an anchor bolt of a concrete base to a flange of the frame. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum-foil coated sheet moistureproofing layer 17 is formed on the outer periphery of a heat insulator layer 16 and this layer 16 is provided inside a steel-plate made frame 11 having a flange 14 extending outwardly from the bottom of its outer periphery, to form an adiabatic floor unit 10. This unit 10 is placed on a concrete base 20 and a pressing plate 15 is put on the adjacent flanges 14. Then, an anchor bolt 21 of the concrete base 20 is fastened by a nut for fixation of the units 10. Thereafter, a heat insulator 22 is charged between side walls 13 of the adjacent steel-plate made frame 11 to form a drainage waterpipe 19 over the heat insulator 22. This prevents deviations of the floor component members and intrusion of water into the frame 11.

[Prior Art] Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view (a cross-section perpendicular to a slope) of an indoor ski resort made of steel. In the figure, an indoor varnishing station 1 is a column 3 erected on a foundation 2.
It consists of a floor 4 formed above, walls 5 erected on both sides of the floor 4, and a roof 6 with a frame extending over the upper end of the wall 5. Indoor Niski maintains indoor temperatures at a low temperature of -3 to -5 degrees Celsius, and uses a snowmaking machine to deposit about 20 to 50 acre of snow on the floor to form a ski slope. At indoor ski resorts, the temperature of the air space in the building is high (30 to 43°C in the summer), so the floor 4, walls 5, and roof are It is necessary to have an insulated structure. In particular, snow mats (artificial turf-like drainage mats with short fibers flocked to them) are used to prevent snow from slipping on the floors of indoor ski resorts.
A sheet waterproof layer is pasted on to form a drainage gutter, and snow is piled up on top of this. When snow is used for downhill skiing, the surface of the snow gets dirty, so it is necessary to pile up new snow on top of the dirty snow and melt the snow at the bottom to regenerate the snow. Therefore, the top of the sheet waterproof layer that forms snow mats and drainage gutters is always covered with water, so if water leaks from the sheet waterproof layer or moisture barrier layer and enters the insulation material, the insulation ability of the insulation floor will decrease. Insulated floors must be provided with a moisture barrier. JP-A No. 60-17642 describes that aluminum i or non-foamed film is pasted on the insulation material (polystyrene foam board) used for the walls of refrigerated warehouses to prevent water vapor from penetrating into the insulation material. However, an insulating floor structure suitable for indoor ski resorts under the above conditions has not yet been published.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention attempts to solve the above-mentioned problems, and includes forming a side wall extending downward from the outer edge of a rectangular top plate,
A heat insulating floor unit, which has a sheet moisture barrier layer with aluminum foil on the outer periphery of the heat insulating material, is installed inside a steel plate frame with a flange extending horizontally on the outer periphery of the lower end of the side wall, and is tightened to anchor bolts on the concrete foundation. This is an insulated floor structure for indoor artificial ski resorts featuring:
