However, when using Ritsutsu wire, when winding a large number of stripped terminals around the pin terminal 3, the parts bulge or loosen and exceed the height of the standoffs 6 provided on the collars 2 and 3. It ends up. This has the disadvantage that it cannot be stably attached to the board.
Furthermore, although it is effective to pull out the terminal into several pin terminals, it also has the drawback of increasing the number of times the terminal must be cut, which increases the number of man-hours.

In the present invention, flanges are provided at both ends of a winding core made of an insulating material, a plurality of pin terminals are implanted along the outer circumferential side of the flanges at both ends, and these pin terminals are placed at both ends of the implanted row of pin terminals. In a coil bobbin equipped with a standoff protruding from the collar in the same direction as the terminal, a conductive terminal plate having a hole for passing the pin terminal is inserted into the hole of the terminal plate, and the winding to be wound is inserted into the coil bobbin. Make sure to press the end of the line.

It consists of six pin terminals 13 planted on the surface, and a terminal plate 16 which is conductive and has a hole 14 and convex portions 15 at both ends, and which presses down the end of the winding to be wound. Standoffs 1 are placed at both ends of the flanges 11 and 12 where the pin terminals 13 are implanted.
7 is provided. This standoff 17 is provided with recesses 18 facing each other. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the winding core 10 is wound with wire 19 using wire. The winding terminals 20 are separated from each other and are made to cross the surface on which the pin terminals 13 are implanted. Next, insert the terminal board 16 into hole 1.
4 through the pin terminal 13 and press fit until the recess 15 of the terminal board 16 and the recess 18 of the standoff 17 are fitted. Then, the winding terminal 20 is cut off with a cutter along the line A-A' shown in FIG. 2, and connected to the pin terminal 13 and the terminal plate 16 by soldering or the like. This is shown in FIG. If you attach a core to this, it becomes a chiyoke coil.
