Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a rubber vibration isolator and a motor body from rotating by fitting a metal ring on the outer periphery of the rubber vibration isolator, providing protrusions on the side face thereof, and further providing protrusions on the outer periphery thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rubber vibration isolator 3 is fitted on the boss 8 of an end bracket 10 and a protrusion (b) provided on the side face thereof is fitted in a hole made in the plane part thereof thus blocking the rotation of the rubber vibration isolator 3. Furthermore, protrusions (c), (d) are provided on the outer periphery of the rubber vibration isolator 3 and the protrusion (c) is fitted in a slit hole (e) of a reinforcing ring 4 thus preventing fall off of the rubber vibration isolator 3 without requiring bonding with adhesive. The protrusion (d) is clamped by metals 5 thus preventing rotation of a motor. According to the constitution, the motor body and the rubber vibration isolator are easily prevented from rotation through a highly reliable mechanical structure without employing adhesive, resulting in cost reduction.

金属輪を嵌入させ、締付金具合せ部に突起を設け、はさ
み込むことにより電動機本体の回転防止ができ、尚、側
面に突起を設け、エンドブラケット平面部の穴に嵌合す
ることにより防振ゴムの回転防止ができる。

の外周に嵌め込まれた補強環、5は防振ベース2に電動
機1を固定するため一端に防振ベース2の切欠爪7に引
掛けられるスリット9が設けられ他端に締付ネジ6用の
穴が設けられている締付金具である。

動機の防振構造であつて、立上面の両端部に切欠爪と該
立上面の上縁中央部よりU字状に切欠いた切欠部を有し
てなる防振ベース、円筒形で前記切欠部内に嵌入される
嵌入部に金属輪があり、その金属輪の脱落防止として、
外周に数個の突起を設け、尚、締付金具合せ部にも突起
を設けたことと、側面にも嵌合ができる数個の突起を設
けた形状に成形され、かつ前記電動機のエンドブラケッ
トの平面部に前記防振ゴムの側面部の突起が嵌合できる
穴を設け、防振ゴム及び電動機本体の回転防止を備えた
ことを特徴とする防振形電動機。
