Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はスライド形の可変抵抗器に関するもの
であり、抵抗体及び導電体からなる接点部分を密
封構造とすることにより、防塵性、耐湿性が良好
で構造の簡単なスライド形可変抵抗器を提供する
ことを目的とする。

体5及び抵抗体6が印刷等の方法で長手方向に沿
つて平行に形成してある。絶縁基板4は細長い貫
通孔7を有する絶縁スペーサ8を間に挾みこみ、
導電体5と抵抗体6が貫通孔7を隔てて対向した
状態に二つ折りされている。なお、この絶縁スペ
ーサ8は、導電体5側か抵抗体6側のどちらか一
方の基板4上に、印刷等の手段で設けるようにし
てもよい。基板4の両端部には、また、一部を二
つ折りしたフレキシブルプリント板からなるター
ミナル9が挾みこんであり、ターミナル9の表面
に形成された導体パターン9a,9bがそれぞれ
導電体5、抵抗体6に導電性接着剤などにより導
通をとつた状態に固着してある。フレキシブル絶
縁基板4は、スペーサ8及びターミナル9を挾み
こんだ後、縁辺が接着剤などで接着されており、
導電体5及び抵抗体6からなる接点部分が密封さ
れた状態になつている。このようにして一体化し
た接点ユニツト10は基板1上に載置された後、
導体パターン9a,9bがそれぞれ異なる端子3
の接続部3aに導電性接着剤などにより固着され
ている。11はフレームで、基板1の切欠部1b
に嵌合させた爪11aを折り曲げることにより基
板1に固定されている。フレーム11には、上面
の貫通孔12に沿つて摺動自在に操作体13が取
付けられ、操作体13の下面の凹部14内に装着
された押圧子15の先端が、接点ユニツト10の
上面にスプリング16で付勢されている。そし
て、操作体13を摺動したとき、押圧子15がフ
レキシブル絶縁基板4の上から導電体5を抵抗体
6側に押圧しながら移動し、貫通孔7を通して導
電体5と抵抗体6を接触させるように構成してあ

ある。本考案によれば、接点部分を密封した構造
であるので、耐湿性や防塵性にすぐれ、しかも構
造が簡単で生産性のよいスライド形可変抵抗器を
得られる利点がある。
