に構成されたものが知られている。しかしながら、この
構成では軸受をビスにて保持するため、保持力を高めよ
うとしてビスの締め付は力を大きくすると軸受が変形し
てしまい、キャリッジの滑らかな摺動ができな(なる場
合がある。そのため、実用上許容できる限度まで保持力
を弱めて軸受の変形を防止する必要があった。すなわち
、ビスの締め付は力を厳密に管理する必要があった。そ
こで、これらの問題を解決する手段として、軸受を接着
剤にて軸受ハウジングに固定し、軸受を変形な(保持し

を発揮するまでに時間がかがり、生産効率の点で問題が
あった。また、接着剤が軸受の摺動面に付着すると、軸
受本来の機能に著しい悪影響を与えるため、接着剤の塗
布作業を慎重にしなければならず、作業性の点でも問題

自体に弾性を持った係止用突起を設はフレームの切り欠
きに係止するように構成したものであるので、軸受の摺
動性能を損なう恐れがなく、また組み立て時においても
接着剤等を使用する必要がなく、かつ、ビス等を使わな
いので工具を使用する必要もな(、フレームに対する軸
受の取り付けをきわめて容易となすという効果を有して
