    送しながら、この海苔簀ホルダーに複数枚横並び
    に装着された海苔簀に展着する海苔を乾燥させる
    ようにした海苔乾燥機において、 上記海苔簀ホルダーの搬送路に、上記海苔の含
    水率を検出する非接触型水分計と、この水分計を
    海苔簀ホルダーの搬送方向と直交する方向に走行
    させる走行装置とを設けたことを特徴とする海苔
    乾燥機。
