状もしくは微小粒子との混合物により魚の習性に
適合した内部空隙形状の水溶性芯材を形成し、該
芯材に排水成形材料を積層して天然岩礁様形状お
よび模様を有する中間体を作製するとともに該中
間体に硬化操作を施し次いで、該中間体を水中に
浸すことで前記水溶性芯材を溶失させ、該中間体
に該水溶性芯材形状を有する内部空隙形状を形成
