ングの感光体と対向しない面に開口を設け、その
開口から前記コロナワイヤ近傍の空気を吸引する
ためのフアンとダクトとを備えたコロナ放電装置
において、 前記ダクトを先端部が前記チヤージヤケーシン
グの外側に間隔を置いてラツプするように配置し
、そのダクトとチヤージヤケーシングとの間の隙
間を通して前記感光体の近傍の空気をも前記フア
ンによつて吸引するようにしたことを特徴とする
コロナ放電装置。 ２ 請求項１記載のコロナ放電装置において、前
記ダクトをチヤージヤケーシングの外側に密着す
る内側ダクトとその外側に間隔を置いて配置した
外側ダクトとによつて構成すると共に、この内側
ダクトと外側ダクトにそれぞれ使用するトナーと
逆極性の異なる電圧を印加して両ダクト間に電位
差を与えるようにしたことを特徴とするコロナ放
